5 hours at the dock and still not loaded. The warehouse manager said it was normal. I seems like a logistics company of this size would have a more streamlined process. Looks like some six sigma process improvement is needed.

Terrible slow!!!Expedite load is not ready, no one seems to care much.

If delivering/pick up for Calix go by dock 45 (all the way at end) there’s a door with #10 on it.. if no one there ring the green bell on right side! Pretty quick to unload .. was out within 40mins. Overall, pretty good experience and cool folks!

Very bad experience... First time coming here to pick up a load since 12pm its 3 pm and they still havent received the papers from the office so they can start loading me.... I was told it was going to take all day just to receive them.... Its going to be last time i come here... Its suite 300 Im talking about....
