I called SFS for repair of a fire sprinkler pipe that burst, I spoke to Tommy and asked if I could get service ASAP, knowing that Texas is going through a crisis of broken pipes. Tommy said he would do his best. I called other company’s and some were saying 2 months.Yikes! In the same day, I received a call from Jamil from SFS saying he was on his way. He fixed my pipe, then went to my neighbors house and fixed hers! Jamil was very professional and caring at the same time. His main goal was to make sure we were totally satisfied before he left. Thanks to Tommy and Jamil for your outstanding customer service! You two Rock in my book!
