Its a small location but employees are super helpful and its quick and easy to get to and use the self service copier machines. Ive also placed a print order online I pick up my order here with no problems.
Please make sure to check the receipt. Make sure they charge for the shipment service you requested. I had asked for a ground shipment for a non-urgent small package. i use my account number so billing is direct. I just found out that I was billed for the next day express shipment which is 10X more than for the ground shipment. My mistake, I did not read receipt. Be careful!
I would like to give all employees at FedEx Office at 480 N Denton tap a thumbs up on their great and beyond customer service, each one of them needs compensation and rewards, this is not my first time here either I come to ship some packages overseas or faxing some papers or printing, all the time I leave I feel satisfy and happy .Thank you Kamilia, Tim, Jon and Natali.Salima
Update: John the manager called me Monday morning (print pick up was Friday) and says he can fix it. VERY IMPRESSED with this.Kind cashier guy, but this print job reallysucked. My invitations are unusable. Firstly, I printed them too small, but thats my fault. I used the online ordering system, and I couldnt tell how big they were going to be.But when I picked up the order, it was more than that. You can see in the pictures there is so much white space, and its cut off on the end. That probably means the pictures didnt line up, even though they are from a design program so they should have been the exact same dimensions.What I dont understand is why they didnt call and say, hey, your design probably isnt going to work. That just shows me they dont take ownership, and just wanted my money.Now Ive paid $39.38 for something I cant use.
FedEx used to allow you to email them to print documents....now they charge you an additional premium to do this and basically force you to use a self service kiosk... fine... the thing is the kiosk takes almost THIRTY MINUTES to process the emailed files sent for printing. I will not be back to print here as its a waste of my time.
Had a Dangerous Goods return to Apple (air pods). This location would not accept it and refused to look up locations where I could return it. They told me to return it to the Airport, but gave me an address that was 15 miles away from the airport and 25 miles away from Coppell. When I checked the FedEx site the next day, I found that there was a location 6 miles away from the store that would accept this type of package. The employees at the Denton Tap location would not take the time to lookup locations or provide this information. They flat out refused to look up whether there were any other locations in DFW that accepted this type of shipment. There were three people working and no other customers waiting, so it was not an issue with needing to serve a different customer.

Yuk. Just left and feel like Ive been slapped. Person behind the counter was rude, unhelpful, and spoke to me in a commanding tone. Luckily, I dont use this FedEx location much.
I went into this FedEx location needing items printed for a funeral and Kay was amazing... Thank you Kay & Nick for all that you did for me that day it was greatly appreciated and I thank you...
The assistant manager is so hard to deal with. I go to fed ex 10times per week. I have NEVER received customer service as bad as his. There are 3 fed ex locations within 5 miles. The extra drive is totally worth it. Please avoid.
Helpful and friendly staff
The only reason this store gets a 2 is because of the nice young man that helped me and all the others waiting. The manager was rude and had a chip on her shoulder, like we were bothering her. She did nothing while the young man took care of the line.
Helpful staff. I have used this place several times for small print jobs and they are always willing to take the time to help me get it just right.
I walked in the back door and saw there were several people waiting. I waited, but did not join the line that was coming in from the front. I was asked to go stand in the line when it was my turn to mail letters. I had been waiting my turn. I didn’t cut in front of anyone and I was asked to go wait longer because I didn’t come in through the front entrance. Both entrances are always used.
The courier lied and said he knocked on my door when he didnt. I was in my apartment around 11:30 am. My apt complex called me around 12:10 and told me I had a package. I told them to send him up. He never knocked on my door as I was waiting. So I had to go to the office myself and pick up my package using their dollie. Then whoever this fedex courier was said someone named JMartinez signed off on it which is a lie. No one in the office has these initials or name. Fraudulent FedEx!

My nearest Fedex Office location and its close to work. Great service, they offer tape and even have pens available for you to use. Most of the times I just go in and fill out the forms and out in about 10 minutes. Quick and easy.
Great service, wonderful people! Highly recommended.Just a note ... Google search says they are open 24 hours. They are not! Until thats updated, be sure to call for their actual hours!
