Spoke with Beth Madeline on today. My first time speaking with her. She begin to play victim and lie and state that I was yelling at her when my voice didn’t change. She was upset because of my request for a fair salary and my hesitation to share email communication from another recruiter within this company. She begin to antagonize me on the call and continue to lie about things I did and said when I didn’t. I said I will be disconnecting this call and she kept being reckless and verbally attacking in her communication towards me. She is very disrespectful and manipulative for no reason. A traveler bargains just as recruiters and if the website states a salary range then it should be honored. Worst recruiter award goes to Beth Madeline! Glad I had a witness present! This world is full of people like Beth protect yourselves!
I currently work with this company. I have had the best experience with my Super recruiter Lauren. I look forward to continuing this work relationship
I have had a great experience working with MedTravelers. I am happy with the communication from my recruiter and the placements he has found for me. Highly recommend working with MedTravelers if you are looking to work in the medical travel industry.
I currently work for them. I thought they were a decent company at first. One week they forgot to pay me. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal except that there is tons of miscommunication and no one would email me back. It’s been downhill from there. The payroll seems to be unprofessional, very disorganized and does not communicate with employees.
My travel company was absorbed by AMN. They have constant loops for travelers to jump through and find ways to siphon extra money off of us Healthcare workers that are out on the front lines every day. They should be ashamed.
Mixed feelings about Med Travelers (good and bad). Traveling can be a fantastic experience but the recruiters can make or break whether you have a positive or negative experience. Transferred through 3 recruiters in one year, my first recruiter was very dishonest to say the least, my 2nd recruiter was fantastic but left to go to nursing school which was a good move for her, my third recruiter insulted and berated me when he found out AMN had messed up the contract (don’t ever put up with that type of harassing behavior on any job!). There are MANY companies and MANY recruiters so pick your recruiters carefully, a lot of them are there just to get their money and will manipulate you to get that commission and meet those sales quotas (very used car salesman mentality). If you get an honest, hard working, transparent and ethical recruiter, you’ll probably find a good contract with good pay at a good location. That’s the trick though because good people are few and far between when dealing with salespeople looking to make money on your behalf.
Worst company! They call you every day to offer you all the good things once you sign you are non valuable they don’t even care about you! My las 3 recruiters resigned in less than a month! think first before sign! Smh!
Horrible company to work for. They will tell clinicians anything they want to hear to have you accept an assignment. If you have any issues on the job they will side with the client. Should you decide to leave they will offer no help and basically throw you under the bus to save face with their client. I was accused of lying when I left when a simple phone call would have resolved the issue. They refused to make that call and now are refusing to pay my last check. With SO many other travel companies out there it would be wise to steer clear of this ome
