Worst shipping service. Lost my package. And they did not tried to do anything to find it . I called a million times and each time was told different information. Until I went to their warehouse and it happened they lost the package. So disappointed. Everyone who was waiting in line had same issues.... will never ship with DHL AGAIN !!!

Had 2 packages “delivered” by DHL this week.1st one was given to the a COMPLETELY wrong Apt number, & that person tried to keep my package.2nd package was delivered next door & that was the merchants fault.BUT1) No attempt to contact me by DHL2) My package showed “delivered” even though it was given back to driver.3) DHL has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. By FAR4) Has 0 customer service at any time evenings/nights/weekends.

Dhl is not in this location, there is nothing here.
