Very poor quality care and customer service. Could not get through to agent after being hung up on several times by a technical error. Once I informed the lady of the difficulty with their communication she replied with many excuses and got defensive.She asked for my website and it ends in ( .ca ) as many many Canadian sites do and she did not know what this was.I could go on and on but the point is that Id this company wants to train people in customer care they should get good at it themselves first. I would not use this company at all.
