SCAM ARTISTS!!! TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A STRANDED FAMILY!!! I took a trip with my family to NYC, unfortunately we had a bad thing happen and our van broke down in Brooklyn. My insurance company found me this towing company, who also said they could fix the issue. They went $50 over the original quote ($400), which was fine, but then they tacked on a other $80 worth of needs. That was nothing compared to what happened when I got it back... my a/c wasnt working so I stopped at a mechanic outside of the city. Thats when we noticed all the damages... they cracked the plastic under my hood, BROKE off the power steering fluid reservoir and tried to glue it back on (fluid went everywhere!), didnt even screw things back where they went, but worst of all... they cut the power cable going to my air compressor and just taped it back together without plugging it in. Ive had to travel all over now looking for the parts to fix what they broke, just about ruining my family vacation. And worst yet, when we called to confront them, they refused to refund a dime and said terrible things to my father, things I couldnt repeat here. Stay clear of these predators!
