We used this service for a birthday party, traveling from Long Beach to New Jersey and back. Our party bus arrived early, which allowed us to take our time loading up.Darryl, our driver, made sure we had everything needed for a very fun party. He helped with loading the cooler, hooked us up with access to the on-board sound system, and even offered to make a quick stop to grab two forgotten bottles of champagne.Any time we had instructions or requests for Darryl, there were no questions asked. Bathroom stop? You got it. Garbage bags? Coming right up. Extra hour? Yes. Reroute to a new final destination? Sure thing.We had just as much fun on our trip as we did at our event in New Jersey. Everyone was happy and comfortable, and we were very happy with the entire experience - from booking to unloading, start to finish. Thank you to Darryl and the rest of the team!

I booked this bus for my boyfriends birthday, and it was absolutely amazing! Our driver was extremely accommodating and friendly. The bus was beautiful, we had the 40 person bus. The bus driver Darryl was AMAZING. We went from East Elmhurst to Top Golf in NJ, the weather changed rapidly from perfect to heavy snow and he knew how to handle the change so well. We felt safe the entire way and was beyond friendly and fun. I would recommend him as a driver anytime!

We rented one of there Mercedes Benz Sprinter Limo Buses, at first when the driver pulled up I was upset, but once we got into the vehicle it was amazing. No one had to climb over someone to move there seat. The ride was unbelievable. Great Stereo and Sound System. The bus has all the strobes and disco lights, it has an Internet TV on the back wall and a Microwave upfront. The kids thought it was the best, we kept make popcorn in the microwave all night. The had balloons in the bus, soda & water. I found them on the internet while searching for a cheaper company, the guy in the office told me, that the kids will love the bus. He was right. RIGHT CHOICE IS DEFINITELY THE RIGHT CHOICE FOR US, FIVE (5) GREAT JOB, WILL USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Fernando was an excellent driver. My group had no problems getting from place to place. He took us to places we didn’t know about that we loved. 1000% would recommend to anyone else.

We booked right choice for our sons wedding. Obviously there’s a lot of stress in setting up a wedding, these guys made it so easy and their work was just perfection. From Jeff & John the operations team to the driver Tommy they couldn’t of been more professional and accommodating. They were on time with the schedule we set up and worked extra hard to make sure everybody was happy all the guests were taken care of. They started at 3 o’clock pm and didn’t finish till about two in the morning. They had to do laps from two different hotels to the venue where the party was and nobody could say anything but how great they were. I would recommend these guys with all my heart they made the evening easy and they were so professional

I have some great things to say about this company and John the owner which I will start with first. I rented their party bus for my sons 16th birthday this past weekend. When I first booked the bus- John the owners was absolutely fantastic and accommodating! He went through each detail with me in terms of what the ride would consist of for the kids 6 hr ride. 2 hours of driving around, a drop off location for 2 hours and then back on the bus for 2 hours of driving before coming home at a designated and specific time. John even went as far as adding balloons for my son, and beverages! Again he is amazing!On the day of the driver arrived around 15 minutes late. I didn’t say anything because he said he would come back 15 minutes later to make up the time(which didn’t happen) our driver was actually very nice and he isn’t to blame for what I am about to say next.While I was preparing to decorate my home for the surprise I had for my son and his friends I get an alert on my phone that my son has arrived home and all the kids start to leave the bus and come into my home.... It is only 920PM!!! He wasn’t supposed to be home until 1045pm! So I call my ex husband who accompanied the children on the bus and I ask him what’s going on- the driver then tells me his manager Jeff said he isn’t allowed to just drive around aimlessly, he was instructed to just bring them straight home. So I informed the driver that’s not what the owner and I discussed and explained what the contract stated! He said his manager Jeff told him to have the kids come back on the bus and drive around until 1030pm- but by this time they were off the bus now for 30 minutes while we tried to settle all of the misunderstandings.I take it upon myself to contact the manager Jeff. He was extremely rude to me. He said he never informed his driver of The conversation and plan that John and I had and that it’s no big deal- he told the driver to get the kids back on the bus so he doesn’t understand why i am mad. I told him it’s not right because the driver showed up late and now because of the mishap they will be shorted 45 minutes of their ride. ( mind you- it’s $145 and hour) he did not care!!!!!! All he did was yell at me. I told him this is not how you do business at all and I would like to speak to John! He then told me- we’ll johns our sick so you can’t talk to him. After 20 min of back and forth with him- I told him I would be contacting his boss on Monday and told him this is not how you treat customers at all! Not once did he say- I’ll let the kids stay on the bus to make up for the 45 minutes they missed out on or I’ll give you back some money or take some off/ nothing!!!!I had multiple people ask me about this bus when they saw it on my social media! If they can deal with John directly - I would be more than happy to recommend this place however- with the management John currently has on staff- I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place! Jeff ruined what was supposed to be a good night for my only son.I am a manager and I would never talk to a customer the way Jeff spoke to me! I hope John reads this review and some changes are made.

John and his guys do a great job. I heard about this company through a friend and needed a limo for my brother‘s bachelor party. From start to finish I was treated right and taking care of above and beyond. Driver was on time was respectful and the limo was clean. That’s all you can ask for highly recommend and will definitely use these guys in the future!

Actually called this company by mistake, and it turned out to be the best mistake I ever made. Very friendly and accommodating office staff and great driver. Meet me at the Airport, discussed the route he was going to take, offered me water & the newspaper, and got me to my sisters house with time to spare. Called them 5 days later to rent a big limousine to take the entire family out, John one of the owners recommended we use one of his Mercedes Benz Sprinter Limo Buses, all the bells & whistles of a limo, without the worry. The Sprinter Limo Bus was unbelievable. My family is still talking about that ride a month later. Right Choice Luxury Limousines is definitely the Right Choice for me and my family.

It was my parents and my first time to NYC, traveling from Toronto. I reserved the Right Choice luxury limo. The driver arrived about early, which was really great. He was a nice and friendly person. When we got into the car, it smelled great and was very clean. The ride was fantastic. I highly recommend them whenever you need a car service!

I booked this service for my moms birthday, this is the second year i’ve booked this company and they keep impressing me with their quality and service! The drivers are friendly and some are even knowledge about the winery tours ex) the driver we had told us fun facts about each winery we went to and what makes that one special. The company had provided us with birthday balloons and beverages and the bus was spotless! The company really cares about their customers and making every event special. I honestly can’t wait for the next special occasion to do business with them again!

Their drivers were not only on time, but early. The drivers were very patient, as we had a large group. My parents are disabled, and the drivers helped them into the car. My group and I took two Right Choice limos on a Long Island wine tour last weekend, departing Manhattan. We had an overwhelmingly negative experience. In my opinion, we experienced one very rude driver, limo dispatchers who were unwilling to help, and company owners who were more interested in arguing than customer service. We will not be using their service again.

Dont use this service. They threatened to leave us by the side of the road if we didnt pay them hundreds of dollars in cash for late fees despite the fact that we still had 2 and half hours left to get back to the city. Theyll do this when youre far from the city with few options to get back!
