Needs fixing of machines other then that good

The workers are in their drunk! Can’t even get assistance! People are outside the place drunk, beer bottles everywhere, inside smells. I didn’t feel comfortable to be in their or leave my clothes inside. I didn’t wash my clothes their because of that I just left, I went to the worker for help, & him and another worker were just stumbling their words & almost lost balance. Never again! 02/18/20 6:30 pm! Horrible

Absolutely horrible! They claimed they close at 11pm but at 1015 he denied me inside to buy a water from the soda machine. I made it clear I wasnt doing laundry. I had a train coming i needed to catch and nothing was open within doable range beside him. The sign that says they close at 11pm is attached directly in view of any average height adult person. I would understand if I had to wash clothes or was intimidating in any way, but this scumbag knows me. Ive been there to was c lo other plenty times. He makes me not wanna go back. This just happened. Im going home dehydrated af!!!!

I love this laudrymat but dryers only work good on one side of this facility. The other side is a money guzzler. Needs repairing because if one side takes 3 quarters to dry same amount of clothes so should the other side but it doesnt, it takes 6 quarters.

Horrible machines that don’t work and they are expensive. I used to come here a lot before because it was very convenient but nowadays the new owners don’t take care of the machines. Most of them don’t work and they haven’t fixed them. They seem not to care so I am not coming here anymore.

Horrible I left one of my laundry bags by my machine while my clothes were washing to go to my car and wait, I came back and found poop in my laundry bag. Idk if it was human or dog poop but it was disgusting and disrespectful

Dont leave your clothes so the can wash it if they damage it they still say they are not responsible and they charge a lot too.

Terrible! Broken machines and my clothes still wasnt clean! Never again
