From the moment I contacted D’Andrea Bros. I received excellent service and care. Bea is the most caring and thoughtful funeral director. She was extremely patient, understanding and kind during a very difficult time for me. She provided excellent services to my family. Bea even called several times to make sure I was OK both before and after the services. Every funeral director should take lessons from her.

Our Mom passed away on November 11, 2020 at the age of 93. Amidst this age of COVID, the funeral director offered options to work around the situation with family members that are compromised. My Mom had 6 daughters and plans were changed a few times in 24 hours! In this uncertain age and COVID being new to all of us, the funeral directors expressed such understanding and patience with us. The outcome was private services with a long stretch of the day spent at the funeral home. A private room was set up so that we could bring food in and be nearby.We appreciate the courtesy that was given to all of us to make this time as easy as possible.The CD set to music was AMAZING - a wonderful keepsake that will be forever cherished. Most of our family is in Italy - and we cannot be more grateful that the CD was placed in a PLAY MOVIE on the funeral homes obituary page dedicated to our mother. Family from all over was able to share this with us. They too have expressed their gratitude and appreciation towards sharing these memories from afar!Thank you DAndrea Bros. Our expectations were exceeded by the care and services we received by Bea, George, and their team. Bea especially took care of every detail, including the arrangements of sending our grandmother back to Poland. Our grandmother truly looked so beautiful, we were all pleased, the services were well organized and hassle free, and it made our hearts happy we could send her off with peace of mind. Most importantly, we felt we received true care and concern from Bea and her team, they were upfront about costs and expectations, and they were NOT pushy or manipulative unlike some of these other funeral homes we called. Many other funeral directors were like sharks and lions and we initially chose DAndrea for their honestly and forthcomingness and we do not have one regret. In these extraordinary times of Covid-19 we found the DAndrea Bros. Funeral Home was able to take charge and did their best to provide dignity and solace for the death of my Mother. Her passing due to the virus required special accommodations and Beatrice and her staff provided professional service the entire time our Mother was entrusted to their care. They were there in our time of need and we truly appreciate their efforts. DAndrea has been there for a long time and can be trusted to do the best during times of great family stress.

My mom passed away in August in FL and was transported to NY for burial. D’Andea Bro’s did a great job in coordinating with funeral home in FL and made sure my mother was picked up from airport, arranged burial and small family service at graveside. I was not able to attend service due to NY quarantine restrictions for Florida residents so they arranged everything with my cousin who lives there. They are fantastic and compassionate people. We could not have picked a better place for my mother’s funeral. They helped and guided us every step of the way. Thier genuine concern and empathy was refreshing and made a big difference. They were stupendous, and all I have are great praises for them. We have used them in the past and recently and I am glade to say they have always been amazing.
