ZERO! Terrible customer service. Home Depot tool rental staff is very disorganized and rude. Let’s not forget lazy. For any retail business customer service is key, but clearly not for Home Depot. Here you get 4 employees arguing with each another and 1 that is talking to us, but useless. Not really paying attention to our conversation. I hope we didn’t disturb him too much by coming in. He estimated the rate of a skid steer that was more then double other Home Depot’s plus an attitude like he owns the place.Clearly workers at the Home Depot lactation don’t like to be interrupted from their social life. Don’t get me wrong I am a reasonable person and I’m not just trying to complain. All I expect is a normal attitude and someone who can look up a price in the system rather then being rude.I later went to Herc Rental, I got what I needed in under 5 minutes, all hooked up to my car. Plus I saved like $600 as a bonus. Never gonna waste my time at Home Depot rental again.PS. If you do choose Home Depot for your next rental. Deer park has much better staff. They are usually busy, but willing to accommodate. Definitely worth the wait.
