The car wash is a waste of time as the sticker they place on your car window for a monthly service does not work. Every time I go there they have to punch a code in for me and the last time the guy didn’t know how to do that so I wasted a half hour round-trip getting there since it’s automatic based on the code and his boss was not there. Canceled my membership today as they are too inflexible to accommodate my situation.

Good automatic car wash but could be better. Would be better if it rinsed and dried vehicles more thoroughly. Both the gas station attendants and car wash attendants could be more knowledgeable and helpful to customers. This can be corrected when bolla decides to hire and train more competent employees.

This is a brand now car wash, state of the art in the wrong hands, I’m a customer but sadly the people who runs the place don’t have an idea of service, I be more than happy to provide some pointers to correct this and make this profitable, sadly I rarely see the manager, some employees good some bad and lazy, totally careless.My 3 stars are considering the investment they did for this state of the art facility not the service.

You cant beat Bollas $8 basic car wash with a $20 gas fill-up. Most car wash shops are much more expensive and I cant stand having the guys drying your car with dirty rags which defeats the purpose of washing your car in the first place. Bollas basic car wash involves using only the automated drive thru. The drive thru keeps all the wash equipment good and wet and does a decent job of cleaning your car. Ill admit that your car will not be completely dry; however, all you need to do is a short drive on Sunrise Highway and the wind will do a pretty good job of blow drying your car.

Monthly plan is the way to go. Decent wash, no wait...in and done!

Average car wash I wish that my car was dried properly. Very sanitary social distensing being implemented. Prices are great and the experience was pleasant. I just wanted my windows done better 😪

Gas is good, car wash sucks

I just went to wash my car with a cargo box on top and the guy directing cars to the ramp saw that I had it on and still let me go on the ramp. The guy even saw that it broke and I expected him to come and talk to be about it and he didn’t even care. So I went to get my car washed but ended up leaving with a broken cargo box.

Great for quick, clean and go. You will need to bring a cloth to wipe off extra water

Car wash is good but when you buy $20 or more in fuel $2 is supposed to come off the receipt automatically. Half the time it doesnt and workers act surprised lol, its a scam

As far as car washes go its not bad I mean its a no contact car wash so you do the rest yourself and they have a full vaccum station so I like it alot and its cheap.

It cleans only from one side (Driver side) and other side left dirty, that was second time. Its my fault that I didnt check my car at that place after finish. I cleaned other side at home.Total waste of moneyNot recommended

Probably an okay spot but I wouldnt trust any form of a contact wash on my cars unless you enjoy having micro swirls / sceatches

Good for a quick wash, but needs a better rinse. Every time I go through theres still soap on the car.

I was paying $27.95 every month until today they took out $32.95 they didnttell us the prices went up.And my car come out soapy.

I ran my car threw the car wash two times and it still not clean

Terrible customer services

Firstly the paying machine wasnt working right. And they dont tell you that you have to vacuum your own car. Someone else there lost 4 dollars in vacuum machine and was told by staff, you just lost money and the machines dont always work.
