Horrible customer service Mike is definitely rude and highly un professional. My dad passed out on the side of the road due to covid. These individuals picked up his diesel. As I was dealing with them in regards to getting my dads truck returned to my mother Mike was extremely rude. In an email from Mike in the subject line he tited the truck JUNK. Thank God the wonderful company my dad worked for stepped in and was able to get the truck out. We had a local guy tell us this company has a horrible reputation and after my experience I believe it. We lost my dad and these individuals didnt make the process any easier.

They were ok nothing bad to say about them they were only doing there job other than that they were real people who when I did what I had to were really helpful and cooperative

The driver that came out was very professional courteous and kind. He had great customer service. I was very grateful that he knew exactly what he was doing and he was willing to come out to do it.

The guy came to help me was, kinda, on time, and, I had no hassle with using my insurance for the tow. Great place I will always use them if I need their services again.

Who do they pay to write positive reviews on this racket?!My car was impounded there for ONE day and they charged $556 to get it out! That was aside from the fees the sherrif charged me. When I asked them how they sleep at night this jerk said just fine, Ill be happy to make the price higher for you if you would like. Totally crooked punks at this business!

I called for a tow to Jeremys Automotive.They were at my house in minutes they pulled the car onto their truck and were on their way. They billed my insurance and that was it.

On time, very pleasant, had my door unlocked w/in minutes & didnt use the air bag or wire, which has been done before & tore my seals...Thank you very much James.

Gunny (Wesley) was quick, very professional and even checked my roommates tires for us. We just moved to the area less than a week ago and I got a flat. He checked the rest of my tires and aired up what was needed. From the time I called my insurance company it took him 20 minutes to get to my place and 15 minutes total just to change the tire and air up the rest. For being someone from out of town it was the best service I have received while living here. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! And to you Gunny… Thank you for your service... not only for the tire change service but for our country as well!!

Towed our 42 Motor home on a trailer. No one else had the right equipment to complete the job. We had NO DAMAGE and this was a difficult job taking 3 hours just to get our Motor home on the trailer. Hope I never need this again but if so I would definitely use them.

I had no idea that they would rip me off so badly. Told me I either pay 1400 or 500 and they will dispose of my car. They parted it out for money and got more money when they scraped it. Im out a car and these ppl took any money i could have made to buy another car. Dont let them rip u off

ON MONDAY 27 MAY I WAS TOWING MY BOAT BACK FROM BANDON WHEN THE AXEL FAILED. NO GOOD PLACE TO PULL OFF BUT WE GOT AS FAR OFF THE HIGHWAY AS POSSIBLE. AFTER HELP FROM A GREAT OSP IN CONTACTING MAST BROS, THEY SENT A TRUCK THAT COULD LOAD MY BOAT. THE OPERATOR OF THE TRUCK, JAMES, WAS, TO SAY THE LEAST, GREAT! HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND KNEW JUST WHAT TO DO. HE GOT MY BOAT LOADED AND DELIVERED IT TO COOS BAY MARINE. AND THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE. GOOD JOB, THANK YOU.CURT NICHOLS

This guy will screw you over faster than he can open a beer. Completely untrustworthy. Do not Let them charge your credit card in advance. Better yet, call someone else.

Fast, friendly and absolutely wonderful! My daughter locked herself out of her car... her 22nd birthday and pregnant crying and the tow company was awesome! The guy that came was so nice and they charged Exactly what they said over the phone! Thank you for saving the day!

Tried to charge $900 for an overnight tow until magically when the chief of police called it was much lower.

We just hired Mast Bros to deliver 2 20 shipping containers and a 41 RV to a very difficult location, which they did with true professionalism (in all respects). Their unique services are greatly appreciated.

I have to take them to court even after I showed them evidence that I only blew ONLY a 0.04% BAC half the legal limit!! And that my vehicle being seized was illegal.... they still charged me $ 545.00 for a tow and 32 hour storage .. apparently the police station is NOT open on the weekends to release it

On Google it states open 24 hours.This is not the case. Needing a tow at 0500 is not fun for anyone, especially the person needing the tow, that being said the guy I just spoke to told me to call the cops because he didnt know anything and couldnt do anything & I would have to call when the place was open. According to Google they were open for business and I told him they needed to change that on Google. Next I asked if there was anyone there who did know anything to which he gave a very snarky reply of well my wife is bed next to me, you called me at 5am I guess I can wake her up and you can talk to her.This guy was unprofessional, snide and down right rude! The next time I need a tow or know someone who does the only recommendation I have regarding Mast Bros is DO NOT BOTHER.Save yourself the extra headache and call someone else.
