An Active Pest Control sales rep came to our home, today, trying to sell service door-to-door. Initially, I respectfully told the rep I wasn’t interested in service, since we literally just switched to Orkin, and had our first service on the same day the Active Rep came to our home.I patiently listened to the rep, after respectfully trying to decline service on three occasions. On my fourth attempt to decline service, I said: “I thank you, for the offer, but I must respectfully…….”, and was cutoff, mid-sentence, as the rep turned to walk away, and, with an attitude, muttered something along the lines of: “Thanks, have a nice day”.Given my very brief experience with Active Pest Control, I feel it is safe to assume they prioritize sales over people. If I ever choose to cancel service with Orkin, and decide to try a different pest control company, I will avoid Active Pest Control.

Prompt, thorough, polite, mindful of pets. Am using them again

Knowledgeable and professional. Had a termite and wet rot in siding. Very happy with the new siding, and I recommend them highly !
