I wouldnt even give them a whole star.I needed a photocopy for the pharmacy of Good Rx coupon for my child. I went to the self serve machine. I wanted to pay cash but the machine takes only cards. So I continued but it says it must authorize $5 to continue. Looking at the screen reading employee log in, I figured to call a Staples employee over for help. She came over. I stated I need only one copy and that I do not need to pre authorize more money. She said I couldnt use machine then. She was short with her tone. I asked if I can go over to the other section and pay cash after they make the copy. She had attitude and another girl said yes. I proceeded. I handed her my phone to take the copy. She said before I can make your copy I need your name and phone number and address to make you a receipt. I said its a twenty five cent copy you do not need my name and private info. She said then you dont get a copy with a bad tone. I said Ill take my phone back and you will not see me in here again. Also the computer products that I needed will not be purchased here. As I walked away the other female said really really smart assey... Have a nice day!I replied everyday is wonderful for me. Happiness is a choice!I wont set for in a Staples store ever again!Thats all....

Everyone was super nice, helpful, and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend.

Low quality, overpriced, unprofessional, I wont be going back, this is the second time in a row they messed up my order.
