My husband dropped off some pieces of older jewelry that had been my mothers before she passed. Asked if Gem Factory could make a pair of earrings from some of the stones. He received a receipt for the pieces, dated 5/6/2021, and that was the last we have heard. It is now mid-September. It was to have been a surprise for me, but my husband had to tell me what was going on after no response to his phone calls. messages or visits (no one comes to the door). I tried calling twice, left messages, no response. At this point we just want our jewelry pieces back but there is no way to get a response from these people.

I called and left a message for an appointment, and they called me back. When I got there I gave him my jewelry for repair. When I got done with my errands he had the done. Great job.

STAY AWAY!! I brought him a ring that had a cameo on it. I wanted the cameo removed and mounted in a pendant. More than a YEAR later I was able to get in touch with him and went to choose the setting, although I had indicated earlier what I wanted. That was 5 months ago. I started calling weekly to check on the status of the necklace but they do not answer the phone; everything goes to voicemail. This past month I began calling daily. No response. I sent the sheriff out. No response. Finally had my husband make an appointment for jewelry repair and they called back. We showed up and asked for my cameo. He had it done - poorly. Never got a call that it was ready. A YEAR AND EIGHT MONTHS after I dropped it off. Lousy, messy job. I will have to have it redone elsewhere.

I can not recommend this place enough. A prong broke off of my wife’s wedding ring. Multiple jewelry stores quoted $300+ to fix it. This guy charged $16! It only took 30 minutes. And it looks amazing. We can’t even tell which prong was broken.On top of that, he cleaned it and the ring looks amazing. I would have paid $16 just to have it cleaned as good as he cleaned it.

I needed a diamond replaced that fell out of my engagement ring as well as my anniversary band sized down. I had my enegagement ring, my anniversary band, and my wessing band all soldered together as well and he had it done in 30 minutes! He also only charged $30! I was overwhelmingly impressed! Jurgens jewleres charged me 170 just to have my engagment ring sized down one size a couple of years ago ao you could say i was thrilled with the price! He did a wonderful job and I will never take my jewelry anywhere else from now on!

The owner is hard of hearing but SO nice and professional! He is very knowledgeable. He can size jewelry and do other repairs SO quick! I have had rings enlarged by him in less than 15 mins for less than $20. I will never take my jewelry anywhere else for repairs!
