The reputation of a place of business is only as good as the folks who work there. As long-time Verizon customers, it was time for the two of us to upgrade our phones. We went on an information-gathering expedition and were lucky enough to talk with Joshua. He gave us all the information we needed and tipped us off to the good deal we could get to replace our current phones. We asked plenty of questions, and he was patient and thorough, never hurried us.We took his card because when we decided on new phones, we wanted to make sure Joshua was the service person who helped us. I texted him ahead with some possible appointment times. He responded, and we were set with an appointment. Josh was again professional, personable, and very attentive to our questions and needs, giving us all the time we needed to feel secure and knowledgeable about our new phones. We walked out of the store with all the accessories we needed and feeling very positive about Verizon, but especially grateful for Joshs excellent customer service and care. He was excellent in all ways.
Just have to give a HUGE shout out to Nick at Verizon Coos Bay! He provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond in making sure I was happy with my phone purchase. He was patient, caring and thoughtful and I am beyond thankful for the way he treated me during our transaction!

Friend just in this afternoon to pay off bill.....even though there were people waiting not one employee took the time to acknowledge her a n.v d ask what she wanted. Being elderly defin6 did not help the situation. She came out to car so frustrated it did not help situation and thus had to a doctor. You definitely need to improve employee to help them help to treat their custoners.
Absolutely worthless. Zero customer service from any employee. Finally was able to speak with Trevor (the manager), who simply said “I can’t help you, call customer service.”
Wow---a daunting task for a guy with no tech skills. The staff was patient and helpful despite my complete lack of knowledge. Saved my photos, got my old # back. Thanks to Skylar and Donna. Skyler and Rhae were absolutely amazing! They were professional and efficient! I purchased a new iPhone, Apple Watch, gizmo, and other accessories. They worked hard to meet all of my needs in a timely manner. They were friendly and easy to work with and I couldn’t give them a higher recommendation.

Five stars isnt enough for Josh at the North Bend store. He was very helpful. I came in very confused with my new phone. He not only explained how to use the various devices but he also set them up. Now I can actually enjoy using this my new Samsung and not fight it. Thank you for hiring him.
A few days ago, I walked into this store, curious about Verizons coverage (Im currently traveling, and T-Mobile doesnt have the best service in Coos Bay, sorry).I wanted to keep my old phone, and Riley worked so hard, troubleshooted every possibility, jumped through every hoop to make my transition possible. Josh, oh man, let me tell you about Josh. This guy is so patient. I think the Buddha himself would be impressed by his zen aura. Josh deserves a promotion, a raise, and a free vacation with a dodge ram thrown in. Overall, 10/10. They are professional, dedicated, and more hospitable than a fine-dining restaurant crew.Oh, their phones are nice too ;-)Thanks, guys!

I dont know who the Fat Chick is that was working the counter today, but she was absolutely Rude and Demeaning. She took phone calls while I was trying to get help from her.I was nearly done with my transaction. I asked if she would put the person on hold while we finished. She Threw my phone at me and told me to leave. I have NEVER been treated so poorly at any establishment in my life. I am canceling my accounts and never using Verizon ever again.
Coos Bay Verizon has terrible service. Why is there only one employee when there is a huge line. Extremely long wait time. They say they strive for exceptional service. They obviously have a long way to go for exceptional service

I dropped my phone in the ocean and got a new one within the same day! Both salesman helped me find the best deal for me. It seemed like they were trying their best to get me deals and lower the cost. One of them even stayed a little after their shift to help me get a phone.
I just moved to Coos Bay and found that my Tmobile had little to no service in the area. I went down to the TCC Verizon store to switch from Tmobile to Verizon. I was fortunate enough to meet Trevor, the store manager who spent the next three hours helping me to navigate through the changes. I have health issues that make it very difficult for me to speak. I cannot say enough good things about Trevor and my experience with the company! Customer service was exceptional and they care about their customers and their community!!
Rylee worked with us and explained everything in detail. We are both a bit tech challenged so she had her work cut out for her. We asked numerous questions and she was very patient and helpful. Wonderful personality and well educated on phone options. We give her a definite 5 stars....unless you have ten.

I was needing some help with my new phone and Donna was such a great help. She was patient and sweet. She didnt just rush through hitting a lot of buttons and then hand the phone back. She went through everything to make sure all the settings were correct and my data would no longer be eaten up quickly. She was so pleasant to work with. If I need to go there again I want Donna. What an asset to the company.

In person, the sales people were awesome and kind, however, after leaving with new service and new phones, it was touch and go. One of the phones we were sold doesnt fully work, we tried to call in and talk to the staff about needing to trade the phone (we werent able to get back to the store within the time frame), however they DO NOT answer their phones, nor do they return voicemails. Im now stuck with a broken phone and a bad experience. I give them an extra star because in person, they were very nice to work with.

I came here for help with my iPhone and Grace expressed a lot of concern for helping me with what is a common problem to them, but a big deal to me because my phone was unusable. I would recommend anyone to come here because they are personable and friendly and take your concerns seriously. They are also very efficient and try to get you in and out.

Its Friday night just got my new Galaxy S8, something went wrong with the old J7 completely fried Dalton fixed me up with the new Galaxy S8, second time Ive dealt with Dalton within a year, great technician, great customer service, wouldnt go anywhere else for a new phone or technical services.

If you are in the Coos Bay area and need help, contact the people at the Pony Village Mall store. They are pretty helpful. I dont even bother going into the store on Hall ave. even though it is closer to me. Most businesses in the Coos Bay area are pretty decent and helpful. These clowns dont belong here.

Took my phone my husband pd $200 for to ask why is it always hot doesnt cool off battery dont last to be told cause its an S5. Ass you sold this to my husband then you say this really. Do not trust anything they say
