The lady was super nice and cashed my check i would diffinatley use them again

There is no wheelchair accessible parking or entrance. I thought that was illegal. If its not it should be. It was extremely difficult for my friend- who is nearly blind and confined to a wheelchair-to navigate the premises. And that was with two caregivers assisting him. As much as ace charges to cash a check, you would think that a disabled entrance and perhaps a ramp would be befitting. Staff is really nice and knowledgeable about the services provided here.

My experience here is generally tolerable. But today I called and had the everything but pleasurable and productive conversation with Kent. He was impatient, rude, wouldnt let me fibsih my sentences, just heard what what felt was enough of my question and then shut me down rudely while processing to sarcastically mock me to whole ever he was talking too in in store.. ive never had an interaction with such a childish man before in the costumer service industry!!! I would be embarrassed before this was my employee.! A personal check for under 300 with both parties present with ID shouldnt be the but end of a joke !!

They set me up with met bank so I could cash checks I thought so I go in there to cash a 200 dallor check they charged me twenty dallores and met bank charged me ten dallores thirty dollars to cash a 200dallor check the met bank took more money when I bought gas because the ace store wouldnt give me the 170 in cash they had to put half in the met bank account . Yeah a joke this business shouldnt be in business . Ill be calling the better business bureau .

This place said they cant confirm my employer exists.. I work at Osprey RV resort, in Lakeside, its been there for over 20year . If you dont want to work with someone, just say that, dont lie. All I wanted was to cash my payroll check too.. I would never treat others as rudely as I was treated, capable ofassisiting them or not. You need more employees in there that arent nasty to potential customers, busy and over worked or not

Wow, these ladies really know what they are doing! Cashed a check and ended up getting a direct deposit cash card account with no fees... Solved a bunch of problems Ive had with traditional banks!
