We received a coupon for a free car wash so we gave it a try. There was no one to greet us or explain their services so I wandered around until I found an employee. She washed the car and cleaned the wheels before having us drive around a corner (still inside the building) for the drying part. The young man did a fair job, opened a car door and asked if we wanted the door jambs washed. We still had no idea what the services were and would have paid extra (if that’s the deal) had we been asked.The business has poor signage ( noticed upon exit) that lists services/ prices but could use one upbeat and cheerful person to greet and explain services and fees. There are a lot of add-on services, including detailing according to their ad. It just felt “less than,” as if some extra storage area had a car wash within.Cheerful greeter, possibly uniforms to i.d. staff, and more towels. $$$ The “dryer” person used a dirty towel and left streaks on my windows.GREAT IDEA…poor execution. I do understand business and times are tough…which means cheerful and helpful is more valuable than ever.😊$$$

Great service same price as a automatic but adding the human touch makes it so the back of my Jeep gets done that usually always gets missed by automatic machines The only down part is exiting without a air blower so the car is wet when I leave and I picked up some road dust.The guy was very nice prompt honk by horn he ran right out took care of it very professional I would go there from now on for sure

This was terrible! The young man was nice enough but gave us zero options. He advised us the car wash was $9.... Its two young men standing there spraying off your car... They gave it a quick wash, smacked my car with the metal wand a few times and that was it! My husband rolled down the window and said dont you dry it???... He responded no not unless you give us another $5.Worst $9 car wash ever! It took them less than two minutes!! We drove off with a still dirty, water spotted car with streaked windows! You might want to steer clear of this place... Not such hot stuff 😠

Fair prices, did a great job on my engine swap.it cost a little more than the quote, but there was unseen issues and still finished out for about $300 less than the other quotes I got.thanks guys!

I can always count on Hot Stuff to do a great job on my car! I have a dog and my car always has dog hair and sand and I can count on them to make it look new again. The prices are affordable and they do great with the small details. Def worth the price and their hours are reasonable.

This is my favorite car wash. They pay attention to details. I recently found out that they will detail my van inside and out for 35.00!! What a bargain.

Took my new truck to this car wash, they scratched it front to back. They will not even attempt to fix it. I am filing a lawsuit!!! In response to the owners response. The truck had no sand on it and was barely dirty, I just wanted it clean. The swirl marks he speaks of are from the dealership I bought the truck putting on a very expensive paint protection product on the new truck. The truck now has to be repainted and I am extremely disappointed that Mr. Smith does not see value in a small community of have trustworthy customer service.

Looks a little ghetto, but dont let that detract you. Its very affordable and your car will always come out clean.
