My Husband just got a haircut today from them and the lady pretty much chopped it up. We are going on vacation and now he has to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Not worth the trouble or money.

I used to go there quite often, then eventually I just wanted to chop all my hair off. It was down past my elbows (Probably longer straightened, its naturally curly) and I was thinking it would probably cost quite a bit extra due to length, so I decided to call and discuss it and see the price - they told me the price (It was incorrect, I was charged a bit extra but not much so whatever)The issue is, when I was walking up to the salon for my appointment I overheard 2 of the girls working there talking about how the next appointment is someone who called with long hair and how they are probably super disgusting and covered with lice and thats probably why they wanna chop all their hair offI almost turned around and walked out right then, and I should have. To clarify, no I didnt have lice - it was just summer and super hot, just wanted a change. But I was so embarrassed, mortified that they were discussing me so openly like that - it was so absolutely rude and unprofessional. This happened a few years ago and I havent been back since then, but its also made me not wanna go anywhere to get my haircut again.

I love, love, love my cut. If you are female and wear shorter hair. Definitely go see Amy. She does a great job and you dont leave looking like a boy.

My boyfriend set an appointment up for his son and him to get a hair cut . 5 Minutes before the Scheduled Appointment time . And was initially told it be 15 minutes wait time. Due to hairstylist not taking her lunch at appropriate time . Appointment was scheduled a week ago we are never coming back very unsatisfied customer’s

I love them so much if you dont get what you want they will fix it next time.

The work is fine, but dont trust the schedule online. It doesnt correlate with their actual schedule so if you plan on a haircut youll need to schedule with them directly or be sorely disappointed.

If you are looking for a great affordable haircut this is the place. Melissa does an excellent job with a trim or a certain style. Shes even permed my sons hair. You can also get your hair colored here. Happy friendly customer care. Your family can shop in the Walmart, while you get glamorized!

I had the same experience as other reviewers. I walked in for a haircut. The entire place was deserted but the stylist would not see me without an appointment, claiming they were booked solid until 4p. I went on the app and was able to make an appointment for 15 minutes later. Ill take my business to someone who actually wants to do their job. The salon should be closed if they dont want to help customers. Shame on them and Walmart for allowing such poor customer service in their store.

I felt bad because the girl who did my hair liked it so much but the more i look at it, the more I am not happy with it. I asked for purple, not pink, and the green is almost a poop color. I will not be going there anymore, $91 wasted on something that doesnt even make me feel good.

Ok child cut, wouldnt go again. Then for myself I got my eyebrows waxed. my eyebrows werent done well. Not to mention I was raw, red, and swollen for several days after. That doesnt normally happen. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they fit us in last minute and it was cheap. Guess you get what you pay for.

Worst hair cut ever. we come from new mexico and have never had any issues with someone cutting my sons hair. this lady not only looked drug addicted, but she basically ruined my sons hair. we had to go straight to another place to get it fixed. completely unwelcoming and 10/10 would NOT recommend this place to anyone. if you have an issue with cutting children’s hair then don’t attempt one.

Make sure you get an appointment online because they dont welcome walk-ins. Caught the girls in lies about being so busy. When I asked if they had time they said no. Signed in online and was in in 15 minutes. So who was lying. And the whole time cutting my hair she told the other girls she had no cuts for an hour as they turned away customers. Ask the girl to wash my hair when she was done if she had time. She said she could wash it but not hair dry it. Which was okay with me but it would have been nice if she at least took a towel and try to dry a little bit instead of letting me walk out with water running down my back. So beware.

Went in last month got my hair trimmed layered and thinned. My hair isnt even at all one side completely longer than the other none of the layers are the same length. When she thinned my hair she thinned it too close to the scalp so now I have hair what I call fly always because they got cut to short and stick out. I called ahead before getting my hair cut and asked if anyone in the salon had experience with cutting thick, curly, hard to cut hair. I was told rudely that everyone there had between 5years and 30 years experience cutting hair. Today I went in not expecting to get a refund or to get it fixed since I dont want anyone there to touch my hair again. I wanted to let the manager know how people are getting their hair cut from there. As soon as she found out it had been over a month since I had my hair cut she had attitude. Assumed I wanted a refund when I said nothing about it. Telling me she can fix it this one time but cant give a refund because he had been over a week. which again I didnt want either. The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is because the other two employees in there today were really nice.

I was a walk in, no one behind me, dont know how to explain the service except that, she just wanted to get me in and out fast, kept saying does this look good, does this look good etc etc etcHad to ask her for a mirror to see the back of my head before leavingBoth girls seemed to have the same attitude with their customerswill not go back there, hair uneven poor cut, just wanted to get out of there.

This place doesnt know what they r doing. Everytime I go in there I find lots of issues afterwards. Not being faded properly, to blotches in the back not being finished, crooked neck lines, not finishing spots and leaving areas longer than the other. The only thing they can do properly is wash hair, wax brows, and carry a conversation. Im always hearing bad reviews from folks about them. Now dont get me wrong there is only 2 young ladies in there that does there job well.when it comes to cutting and waxing, the rest need to return to beauty college and try again.

I have been to several salons and my hair was colored and cut,they just could not get it right.the smart style located in walmart north bend ore did a fantastic job and they let me try a shampoo and conditioner if i did not like the product i could exchange it within thirty days thank you. 5 stars
