I dont dust; I dont wipe down walls or cabinets, and I rarely mop. I tidy up, sweep a bit, vacuum a bit. After 5 years, my home got noticeably dirty in less-trafficked areas, and some furniture/ appliances had a pretty serious amount of dust buildup on them. I called MaidPro to start a monthly cleaning cycle. Griselle came out yesterday. I was very pleased with the work, everything looks, feels, and smells clean. Bathroom, floor, walls, dust... all taken care of.

Bonnie is always very pleasant when she comes to our home. The house is thoroughly cleaned and left in perfect order. She’s loves my dog and always brings him a treat. I highly recommend this company.

This was my first time using this cleaning service and they did an excellent job. The cleaning tech they sent, Maria, was excellent and very professional. I showed her my concerns over my bathroom which was a total wreck and she didn’t shy away and said she would try her best. When I say it was a wreck… it was horrible. Anyways, after she was done, the entire apartment, including the bathroom looked absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Maidpro and Maria did an absolute amazing job! Will definitely be continuing to use their service.

I have been using this company now for approx 6 weeks and am very pleased with the value and response from company. Initially the cleaning job was very good, however, I was looking for a bit more attention to details. I spoke with my point of contact through the company (very easy to reach) who assigned another maid pro to my house. ARGELIA L has been a godsend. She is friendly, attentive to details, and has been great about adjusting to additional feedback so I have my house exactly the way I want. Its also very nice to have the same person come each time. I have been using their cleaning services on a weekly basis and I plan to continue :) Would highly recommend.

First time using maidpro today, I called a few weeks ago for an estimate and they were able to figure out a good and reasonably priced plan. Tenecia (Nina) arrived promptly and after introductions were made and we walked the house, we discussed exactly what she intended to do, I added a couple of things I’d like her to do and Nina then immediately got to work. She did a fine job and our house was sparkling. We are happy with this service and will continue to use them on a bi-weekly basis.

Our first time with a cleaning company. Vilma did an excellent job on the entire house for my parents! She was very kind and courteous to my parents as well as they’re both in their mid 80’s and it always concerns me they are treated well in the fragile state they’re in from others. Both my parents commented to me on what a great job she did. They are not easy to please, so I was extremely happy. After the initial cleaning, we are definitely going to continue with recurring service.

Jorge, Paola and Elide literally stepped into a nightmare. The house had not been deep cleaned in quite a while and before that occupied by an older man and his very busy son, neither whom had had much time for the nitty gritty of bathrooms, baseboards, floors, etc. Maidpro stayed in the house for I think over 7 hours while I was with the home owner at the hospital and we came home to a place that was safe, sparklng and truly miraculously changed. We have already committed to recurring service. Highly recommend Maidpro.

Honestly, I am so sensitve when it comes to reviews - who to believe - who not to believe but I say with full excitement that MaidPro - under the care and direction of Vonnie has NEVER (and I mean NEVER) let me down. Our apartment belonged to my grandparents. With grama gone, my grandfather remains with us in NYC. I go with my friends 2 or 3 times a year for weekends away from New York. I have never had a problem booking time for a cleaning - it is seamless, easy, and hassle free. They get the key from my neighbor - clean - give the key back and done. Our neighbor has a quick look - and its always perfect. I asked a huge favor as I had unexpected guests come by for Christmas there to borrow the apartment. Even though Vonnie was incredibly booked up - she found time for me which really was appreciated. Im going down in a few days and her gals will clean the apartment once again. I really feel like theres a fantastic trustworthy quality cleaning crew there now - and that eliminates a lot of my stress about the upkeep of the apartment. I think that is their goal - to leave that stress to them - and they do a really genuinely good job! Im a customer for life. Vonnie - you are so appreciated.
