I had the pleasure of working with A Pane in the Glass for my new windows and siding that was done this spring. They were really easy to work with and made the whole process as stress free as possible. They were quick to answer any questions that I had and were always on time for their work. The final product looks outstanding. I cant recommend this company enough - they did amazing work!

They replaced 10 windows in our split-entry home. The entire process was handled very well and we are very happy with our new windows! They are so much easier to open than our old windows. We had an estimate from another company but the only option they had was to replace the entire window frame and window insert. A Pane in the Glass told us that they could replace the entire frame but It was not necessary to do so. We like the appearance and function of our new windows. We have not had extremely hot or winter-cold temps since the installation so cant comment on whether the new windows will efficiently keep the heat or cold out, but the service and installation were excellent.

Aluminum wrapped vertical wood trim between two story bay windows, on multiple town house units, that the woodpeckers were destroying. Did a wonderful job. Everyone I dealt with was great - sales person, office staff and installers. They were helpful, accommodating, skilled and promptly returned emails and phone calls. I have no reservations recommending them.

A Pane In The Glass replaced five windows and two doors for us in July 2020. Good quality craftsmanship!There was an issue with our front entry door after it had been installed, but the owner (Allen) was receptive to our concern and worked with us to resolve the matter.At times, the wait time between trips to complete the project was a little lengthy, but we understood it was the busy season.Allen and his team were friendly and responded to our questions in a timely manner.We would definitely recommend this company to our family and friends.

Did a great job, crew was friendly and cleaned up after job.also on time and followed thru on final adjustments..I gave them a 4 out of 5 as there were hand prints around walls and the use of silicone could of been better. Very positive experience.

A glass piece from an old hutch that I own broke. It was not a simple rectangle, but was arched at the top. I brought an identical glass piece from the same hutch to A Pane in the Glass and they were able to reproduce the glass. Now my hutch is as it should be. The glass was completed when promised and I was always kept apprised of the project. The glass piece was an exact match.

The whole team from A Pane in the Glass did an exceptional job replacing and adding additional windows in my kitchen this summer. Allen was very thorough with answering my questions and taking measurements when he first visited my home to provide an estimate, which was competitive with a couple others I received. The crew was on-time, professional, did quality work, and was compliant with COVID-19 safety standards. Coordination with their electrician went smoothly, even when some unconventional wiring was found in the walls they had to open up. There were a couple minor issues with the Marvin windows (nothing related to the installation work) that Allen helped me coordinate with Marvin and were resolved by Marvins technician. My kitchen went from a dark room with two small corner windows to a bright room with wonderful views of my back yard pines and prairie. I would definitely hire them again for any window needs.

From estimating through project completion everything was smooth and professional. Very thorough communication and details regarding the required work. Everyone was so friendly and responsive to my questions. Very fair price and the finished work is top notch. I would highly recommend these folks for future door, window and siding work.

Our old windows were original from 1956 building, but a past owner decided it was a good idea to put siding OVER the screens: can’t clean outside windows at all!! Three-years ago, when we bought this house, we knew the windows needed replacing, but dealt with sealing (ineffectively) until this year when my husband’s work friend suggested Pain in the Glass!! Casey and Keith- came from A Pane in the Glass Construction on time and repaired our middle Bay Picture Window on the front of the house. The window was severely cracked. They got it out in one piece without it breaking which was amazing. They replaced the window very smoothly and obviously were very sharp workers as they were done by 10 am. They cleaned the class inside and out and I was so amazed at their work. Everything went wonderful and we are super happy having a replaced window. Thank you to this company for giving us a good price and making it so easy on us. Very respectful employees and cordial!

Pane in the Glass replaced and repaired a number of old, troublesome windows in our basement and kitchen. They did excellent work very efficiently.

Minimal pressure on the sales call. Expected (its still a sales call, after all) and far less pushy than Andersens shake down.Install crew was very polite and professional. When they were cleaning up and caulking, I noticed that the drip line wasnt level across the entirety of my bay window. They fixed it, of course, but the fifth star would have been awarded if they had noticed it themselves. Im sure they would have come out and fixed it even if they hadnt, but its still a missed key detail.Overall: great value, professional conduct, and good products. Will hire again, will still check their work before they finish.

Todd provides thorough info during the sales meeting without high pressure sales tactics, Alan was quick and accurate with his measurements, and Casey and crew did a great job during install, protected our home from dust and debris, got the job done on time, and were great with communication throughout the two and a half days of work. Price for the windows was better than competitors and quality/service was great considering the fair price.The new windows have been awesome so far. The look good, save energy on our heating bill, and cut down the noise from the street. Definitely recommend contacting Pane in the Glass if considering a window replacement project. I used them for my existing house and my old house for complete replacement of all windows and sliding doors. Quality work all around!!!! Replaced oak windows with vinal painted to match the oak trim inside and to match the outside colored trim and could not be more satisfied with the results. Measurements were made, windows were installed with no issues what so ever and everything cleaned up afterwards.

I had all my windows replaced in my 1927 home in Columbia Heights. Where most other companies wanted to charge an arm and a leg, A Pane came in and wrote up a very competitive and more detailed estimate than the others. When it came time to execution, they did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Made things very easy and I highly recommend them.

High quality work! We had several older double hung windows replaced with much better looking casement windows and a very bad condition bay window replaced as well. Process was smooth, easy and friendly at all times. At no point did I have any worries or concerns about the professionalism of A Pane in the Glass to be in our home and in fact most of the time we left them alone while we went to work.We did not want to go with either of the two companies that advertise on television: the national brand name was too expensive, and the bargain shop had too many complaints about poor workmanship. My husband and I were pleased with the process, from the initial meeting with the genuine salesman Dave who happily revised the estimate as we kept changing our minds, to having my many email questions answered professionally and quickly by Beth, to the owner Allen taking measurements on a Saturday morning, to installer Todd and Casey who did perfectionist’s finishing work in painting, caulking, etc. of the windows. It was nice to trust and support locally owned business that takes pride in their work.Having windows replaced is expensive so you want the job done right for a fair price.
