Mike is fabulous! I had a flooded basement along with the rest of Minneapolis and he got back to me right away. He was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to save my carpet which was fabulous! His staff worked extremely hard and they were worth every penny. He kept communication going over the 3 days he worked at my place even though I know he was working around the clock. I would recommend him to anyone!

We found mold in our basement from a long and slow leak. Mike was easy to contact, made an appointment within the week and the job was done in a day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered suggestions for what our next steps should be to stop the leak and avoid this from happening again. I would definitely recommend Mike!

I live in a townhouse, and there is a unit above the garages. I came home one evening to find water flooding my garage, coming from the unit above. I called Mike the next day, and when I talked to him on the phone, he immediately made me feel that everything would be alright. He understood that this is a huge event and inconvenience in my life, but he assured me that its just another day on the job for him, and he would take care of it. He came out that day and assessed the situation, told me what he would do to clean the area, dry it, and prevent mold in the future. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything he was doing, and I felt very comfortable in having him handle the job. True to his word, the removed all the damaged sheet rock and insulation, used his powerful blowers & dehumidifier for several days to thoroughly dry out the area, and then treated it with an antimicrobial so that I would not have any problems in the future.I found Mike to be professional yet friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable, and would absolutely recommend him and his company to anyone who runs into a situation that requires proper cleanup. He instantly made me feel at ease, and Im glad I had him take care of my garage repair.

In September of 2013, late in the evening, we had our main sewer line back up in our basement with the sewage coming onto our floor. We were at a loss for words and didnt know what to do, so we called Mike Dupont at PuroClean. Mike came over the next morning, as he was already at another clean up that evening, and he talked to us about the clean up and what it entitled. First, he cleaned and sterilized the basement, then he brought in huge blowers to dry it out and deodorize it. Mike left the blowers for the next two or three days until the dampness and humidity was back to normal. Mike was very knowledgeable and let us know what was going on every step of the way. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, Mike will be the first person I will call. I will recommend Mike and PuroCean to anyone who needs a service like this one.

In June we had our upstairs toilet clog and then overflow and continued running for approximately 45 minutes until we found it. We had standing water toilet water upstairs, downstairs in the bathroom and laundry room. We called Mike at Puroclean immediatly and he was at our house (on Fathers day) within 20 minutes. He helped us start to clean up the mess and brought over his equipment to start drying the carpet. We contacted our insurance agent and MIke worked with them to determine our needs. He was such an amazing help! He facilitated getting us a dumpster and POD storage unit for our driveway to store all our belongings in. Mike was there to rip up carpeting and and assess all the damage. He is very professional, answered all our questions and was there with us every step of the way! We ended up needing new carpet throughout our entire house, new floors in both bathrooms and a new ceiling in the downstairs basement. I would highly recommend Mike at Puroclean!
