Even on a slow day they take way too long to do a simple job of patching a tire. Hour and 20 minutes. I even had a scheduled appointment. Im unimpressed.

Went in for an alignment... Not one camber caster adjustment bolt was touched... No physical signs a wrench was on a nut or bolt... Steering wheel crooked still ... And was charged 100.00 .. not to mention when I left the hood flew open while driving!!! With my daughter in my truck!!! Called and said something and they said they never opened the hood... But then say on receipt that they did a free battery inspection... Hmmm ?? Im Contacting the BBB

My Silverado died on me while I was at target. After getting a jumpstart from an awesome target employee I limped it next door to tires plus to get a new battery installed. Michael the service advisor quoted me a price for a new one and I told them to put it in. After 45 minutes they told me that my battery was fine but I needed a $650.00 alternator and new MAP and MAF sensors for another $550.00. I told them that I would take care of it myself. Well guess what a new $160.00 battery that I installed myself and everything works like new. I feel that they were intentional trying to rip me off. I am 56 years old and have worked on my own vehicles my whole life and I could read their BS instantly. I feel sorry for any person less knowledgeable about cars because thieves like this are all around. Think they should stick to patching tires and leave the wrenching to real ase mechanics

Had a tire leaking air, they had it fixed in no time and with a new valve stem it was less than $20.

I drove into this Tires Plus near Springbrook last night with very low air pressure in my tires. Two of the mechanics came right up to me and checked all of my tires not just the one that was low and also reset my car information so that I knew which tire it was that was low. They were extremely helpful and very willing to help! Great guys and I appreciated their help immensely. Thank you so much and I’m so sorry I did not get their names.

Arrived at 345pm on a Sunday (store closes at 5). Michael got the tires, explained to the boyfriend why those were the right tires, got them installed, and I was back on the road by 5. The tech team was AWESOME, too. Ive used tires plus for years, but this location was new to me as Ive just moved. It wont be new to me now!!

Staff was amazing, day manager was a great guy helped me find it what I needed to do with no appointment.

Not thrilled. Called and asked if I could get service and they said “stop on by and drop it off no appointment needed” came to the store and they said “oh we tell that to everyone but you’ll have to wait at least 2 hours” could have been simple enough to just tell me that on the phone. Had a flat that could not be repaired. Found out that would need all four tires replaced. This location did not have them in stock, unfortunately. They were nice enough to put on the donut spare for us though, at no charge.

Ive been choosing to go back to this specific Tires Plus location because they have always been pleasant to do business. Not only are they honest in what actually needs to be fixed, they also give me honest heads up to things that will need attention in the near future. Each time I go back, the experience gets better because they see the history Ive put in there. Up at the counter Ive mostly had interactions with Cody, which he is naturally a people person and is always nice.I am a car and truck guy and do most of my own repairs from oil changes to brakes to suspension components so I know if a repair shop is trying to hoodwink me and I have never gotten that feeling from here.

They guys there really k ow how to treat a customer. They worked with me to make sure what needed to be done on my car got done. Plus they explained things in away that anyone could understand.

Im not going to air their dirty laundry but lets just say go somewhere else for your automotive needs. Make sure if your paying for something they said they did that that service was actually performed. They do have a nice shop that is clean inside and out. Thats about it.

These guys are legit. They are honest. They will not bring you in via oil change and give you a false report about your car so they can generate business. They will tell you what is highly recommended and what can slide for now. I dont even live near this location anymore, but they are still my spot b/c its hard to find an auto repair place one can truly trust, and I trust these guys.

Called to see if I needed an appointment to get a nail removed and tire patched. Person on the phone said they were wide open and just stop in. When I stopped in, I was told they would have to fit it in between appointments and it might be about 3 hours. It took 3 and a half. The job got done properly, but cant say much about the service staff.

My son brought his truck to get an alignment done after we installed all new parts (Ball joints and Tie Rods) they could not complete the Alignment They said that he needed to add some aftermarket parts (non factory) to be able to do it.$200.00 The Dealership says wrong so he paid for it and now the truck pulls to the right. Think twice before bringing your vehicle to these guys SCAMMERS

We have taken our cars and our children’s cars here for years, for tires but also for other issues. Until recently, we would recommend but not any more. They tried to fix my air conditioning and they were not successful. I give them credit for trying, 5 weeks in a row. But the A/C still does not work. It just is not their area of expertise. I was treated great by the guy at the counter, but after the fifth time when I was talking to the manager on the phone he got an attitude with me, so I will not be back. Too many other places to give our business to.

They didnt do anything to try and get a cheaper price for me. They simply tried to sell me the credit card and made me spend double the money I would have anywhere else. They didnt even give me the correct price until I got there, and it was $100 more.

Got a great deal on tires/install but had an issue with service. They said my front brake pads were worn and would need to be replaced within the next few months.After getting new tires I had my wheels off to do some other work on my truck at home and I checked my pads and all my pads front and rear looked like new!Definitely take any service suggestions with a grain of salt.

The mechanics here are honest! I bring my car in then walk over to the stores and shop. Never been disappointed.

I have always been happy with this place until the last few visits. This most recent was the worst. I recently got my rear struts replaced by them and they have been making a squeaking noise quite often. I had them check it out and they claimed it was the rear brakes. I thought this was weird because it squeaks even when I load and unload the back end, but I decided to trust them. They replaced the brakes and said the squeak was gone, and it seemed to be. When I got home, I smelled WD-40 or something similar. I looked under the car and the struts were covered in it; it seems they sprayed lubricant on them to stop the squeak, so the brakes were not the issue. I also noticed they cracked a panel in the cargo area. I had to make a stop at the dealership and it was raining. This brought the squeaking back, presumably after the lubricant washed away. I went right back over to Tires Plus to complain about the problem they never fixed and the crack in the panel they caused. They were happy to replace the panel and looked further into the squeak. They discovered a loose control arm, so they replaced that on the house. That made me happy. But, when I got home, I noticed they put a large dent in the side of my car where I assume they opened the door into the car lift in the garage. On top of that, the squeak is back. In summary, I take my car in for a problem that never got solved, and got a new dent in the side of my car and a $450+ bill.

I specifically asked for a complete front end component inspection before an alignment was performed. (Which is standard before an alignment service) They performed the alignment and I got my vehicle back with a hard pull to the passenger side during acceleration. I brought my vehicle back and only afterwards was told and shown very obvious wear and tear on front end components. I will not be referring any of my customers for alignments or any other service here. BTW I own and operate Johnnys Mobile Mechanic Auto Service and we place a high value on our customers valuable time, intelligent requests, and hard earned money.

We got 4 new tires for a good price,about $500 and everything is perfect! The only thing is it took about 2 hours to complete but other than that they were great, I would highly recommend!

Simply take your business elsewhere if you want your alignment done right and tested correctly.

I went in to see the guys here becuase I needed a tire fixed fast. I ended up leaving the tire with them overnight, and my interactions with the staff were all pleasant and helpful. Definitely a positive on an otherwise negative day!

My tire was nail. I put the temporary fix n the green liquor to stop the leak but it didnt help. I call and they said, the cannot do it. I understand, I remove the tire and scrub and clean it and let it dry out. Took it to them, they said they cannot do it either. What the F, I went to ORiley in Blaine on 109th and he gave me some patch and told me to watch YouTube. OMG! It is so Simple. I will NEVER EVER go to this located of tires plus. Stupid And Lazy customer service and always try to get me to buy new because it will not BS excuses.It only take me 10 Minn minutes to grind and patch and let it dry out. Cost $5 rather tires plus $21.99 and Lazy.I wonder whenever I drop by I felt disgusting.

This place is great now. One of the techs (Jay) was very knowledgeable and took great care of my vehicle (2007 subaru) The group of mechanics has changed in recent years so take a look and realize most negative reviews are OLD. This place is great now that they have good mechanics again. They also pointed out a few oil leaks that the dealership didnt fix when I JUST had it in for service! Thanks guys!

They did a very good job on replacing my light bulb on my car.

Watch out for the four fingers hand shake. I was quoted a price of $30 dollars and walked away with a $225 heart ache. The guy actually tired to sell me a $1000.00 dollars worth of tires. I came in, with a nail in one tire. Buys be aware!

I went in for an oil change and was told I needed my front bearings replaced which was weird since I had had them replaced within the past year. I did hear a crunching noise when I left (that I didnt hear before) I brought my car back to my trusted mechanic who warrantied his work on the bearings but when he looked my car over he said the bearings were fine but some bolts had been loosened that couldnt have loosened on their own. Tires Plus was the only mechanic to have access to my car other than my mechanic who has been working on my cars since I was 19...

Did me wrong a few times but tried to right it professionally.

Patched my tire for $20, in and out in half an hour with an appointment. No complaints.

I was at the this store on Aug 28th getting my oil changed and then the manager comes out tells me that lights on my license plates were burnt out ant the labor would be $25.00 to change them out and the bulbs were $6.00 each I said well I only had $40.00 cash on me I would have think about it. he said well I can do for that I thought that to myself why did lower the price???? so a few minutes latter I asked for my old bulbs back and the manager said they were in the garbage and they could not find them???? I said well you cant find them I said well I Cant pay his response was you dont believe that we did the work? I said nope his response was I am married and have 3 kids. I said so what show my old burnt old bulbs I payed for my oil change and left. WHAT A SHADE PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am in the cities from out of town, one place told me it would take a couple days, Really??? I called this location and got in right away. Cody could not have been more helpful. I was losing air in one the tires, thought I may have picked up a nail or the stem valve was faulty. (I thought that because the pin was crooked) Cody said it would be $33 max to repair, he wouldnt know until he took a look at the tire. Turned out the stem valve needed to be replaced. He charged me $23 and change, I felt like I won the lottery. I can drive home feeling confident that my idiot light wont come on!

** AVOID ** Horrible service and zero customer service. Booked an appointment to drop off the truck, came back after 6 hours and it had not been touched. The front desk guy tells me we were over booked so bring the truck back after 2 days with supper rood behavior. I would never go back.
