The driver that delivered our flooring tonight was really nice, professional and we were really pleased with him! I should have caught his name but I will describe him he is bald with tattoos on head and face! Where he had to deliver wasn’t the easiest due to where we live but he got the semi down our road no problem and he did a Wonderful Job!

Delivery was supposed to be between 7-10. 11:30 still not here. Finally came after 12:30. They need to be more respectful of customers time.

I work for Magnum and its a decent place to work. The other drivers I have found are really decent people and will help you if you need it.

That is the Coonrapids terminal I work with them. A great group of people. Hauling paper and boxes is what I do. We haul everything.

👎 Zero stars if I could. Steer clear of this shipping company!! I was told every day for a week AFTER it was already supposed to be delivered, that “your delivery will be there tomorrow” ... well tomorrow never came til a week and a half later!!! Very very disappointing as it was completely holding up our project waiting for the “for sure it’ll be tomorrow” delivery!!😡
