Marshall is professional and very knowledgeable in his job. He makes sure my hearing aids are clean and working well. He makes adjustments as necessary.... especially due to everyone wearing masks now.When sending texts regarding upcoming appointments, please send them 1-2 days BEFORE the appointment. Not the day of. Also, please connect with the appropriate office to verify the correct schedule. (Check on reschedules) Thank you.

Marshall was very thorough,he answered all my questions and gave me some good advice. He cleaned my hearing aids which made a huge difference. I showed up 15 minutes early for an appointment that was made more than a month earlier. I was greeted with confusion as to why I was there. A few keystrokes later and I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled for 6 weeks in the future. Excuse me while I search for another provider.

I have severe tinnitus FROM LISTENING TO LOUD MUSIC FOR YEARS.I have worn hearing aids for years which amplified the noise around me making the tinnitus become a background noise at times. One day I took off my face mask, it caught on a hearing aid wire which broke. I was lost in the depths of loud tinnitus misery again.I came to SoundPoint, I was setup with masking hearing aids which do the trick of relieving the stress of T for the most part.The staff is great and understanding. The aids are a little spendy, but, worth it.TURN DOWN THE LOUD NOISE IN YOUR LIFE, YOU DO NOT WANT TINNITUS. BELIEVE ME.

Wouuld like to thank Tom for doing a adjustment on our hearing aids have had some previous problems with a different provider and was getting quite disgusted with them after hearing what was going on with my aids Tom backed up the previous settings and started from there and It has been a great improvement he also was uncertain about one problem and called for some help I was very impressed with his service and concerns his office is a bit out of my way but been well worth the tripNed Kronberg

Would have hearing aid with out this place, they work with Starkey which is a program that assits people in getting hearing aids. It is so nice to be able to hear the ones you love.

The person I had an appointment with never showed up. Ergo, I wasted my time (and gasoline) visiting the Elk River PinDrop facility.
