I had a rock chip repair from them a year or so ago (very small rock chip) and paid around 80 dollars out of pocket. Immediately after the guy was finished it didnt look quite right because you could still see the chip clearly. I questioned the guy and he said that was normal. I have had rock chip repairs before and have never seen that. Gradually over time it seemed to look worse, but it was so gradual it was hard to tell. I very recently noticed a small crack forming around it. I called the company today and the man told me he couldnt fix it after filling it before and that this happens sometimes and that he could offer me 80 dollars off the price of a new windshield! He ruined my windshield after a super small, easy to fix chip that anywhere else would have done correctly! My insurance wont fix it either. The guy from Clear Choice actually insinuated that I should have lied to my car insurance company after his shoddy work! Dont do business with this guy. He doesnt know what he is doing.

Wayne and Mark are fantastic. They were swamped and I still had a new windshield in 48 hours. They are a preferred vendor with progressive and many other insurances. Highly highly recommend them.

My rear window was shattered over the weekend. I called Wayne at 8 am to set a time and by 1 pm I had a new rear window installed. The technician was on time and honest with the possibility of the attempted fix. He had never seen or heard of the issue I had but for a very fair price came up with a plan and executed on it. The fix is holding up good so far.

Wayne with Clear Choice Auto Glass in Coon Rapids was really helpful and knowledgeable and has fair prices. He let me email a picture of the damage to my windshield so he could tell me quickly if it could be filled or if it would need a new windshield. The technician was very experienced and also conveniently came out to the parking lot where I work and filled the impact point in my windshield in under 20 minutes. He also said that if the fill doesnt work, they will apply what I paid towards the price of a new windshield if its needed. All in all, a great experience and I would use this business again.

This time, he vacuumed all of the additional broken glass pieces out of my car. Great service. When I called they were professional and curteous. They were flexible to work with a time that worked well for me (even when I was unsure what day I wanted) and were available within 24 hours of my call. The quoted price was reasonable.
