Very overpriced service. Regular laundry for a queen flat sheet and fitted sheet only- $41.10.Wash and fold a bag weighing less than 10 lbs with starch for 3 lab coats- $300! For these prices i could buy the items new at least twice over. And when asked for an estimate on drop off, states could not give an exact cost. This cost more than hotel dry cleaning/laundry services...

I’ve never brought clothes here that did not end up either damaged, dirty, or stained. This has happened enough times that I stopped coming here until I was forced to just a few days ago due to circumstances. And once again, my clothes came out damaged and dirty. Don’t even bother complaining or escalating because it’s always the garments’ fault somehow and never their cleaning process, their quality control, or their overall incompetence. Heed my advice and simply stay as far away as you can.

Worst service ever,they dont wash my clothes and there are still Stains almost everywhere,seems what they do to it dress is just ironing.They dont tell u the charges when I bring the clothe,they just give u an estimate price,then when I come to collect it clothes they give u a price that quadruples the estimate they gave u.Very bad experience I had there.Dont plan to ever dry clean my clothes here ever.

I have been bring my dry cleaning and shirts to Pilgrim Coon Rapids for the last 10 years, generally two drops a week. The drop bag is super convenient, after hours drop is easy, and they always do an excellent job. Jackie gives me excellent service and is always helpful when I need something done special or on short notice. The text messages letting me know when my order is done are helpful. Consistent, great service. All I could want in a cleaners.

For the price they charge ($101.00 for 19 shirts and one womans pants) they should at least try to get the order right. No starch on my shirts when ordered medium.

I dropped off my shirt yesterday early that I needed for an important work function tonight. They promise same day in by 9 and I was way ahead of that. When I stopped in to pick it up today they said it was held over for extra treatment (it had been in storage for a while) and that they had left me a messageI had no such message and zero extra time today. I now have to talk to my boss about getting time away later in the day to go get the shirt that I was promised would be done end of day yesterday. I was given no choice in the extra cleaning needed or even proper feedback until I arrived at the store to pick up my shirt.

The Coon Rapids branch of Pilgrim cleaners have done an excellent job over the many years I have used them. Their ability to provide next day service is beneficial in our busy schedule. They are always very pleasant and helpful. Its is a business we should all support.

Great customer service and they clean all kinds of stuff like down comforters, ugg boots, wedding dresses, drapes, rugs, etc I love the wash & fold laundry so I dont have to spend hours doing my laundry anymore!

Quality work, always on time. They are a bit spendy, and remember to show any coupons when you drop off your clothes, they do not take them when you pick up or pay.

I was frantic to have a jacket repaired at the tailor next door but they were closed. Tami the manager asked what I needed to have fixed and offered to bring it home and have it ready by 8:30 tomorrow morning! I didn’t know people like this still existed. Thank you so much 😄

Initially I was upset as to the loss of shirts purchased for my husband. I was contacted by the store manager, Angie, and she found them and went out of her way to make things right. I am pleased she was able to locate the shirts and turnaround my initial feelings regarding this store. I will use this cleaners again, I know that if there is ever a problem, I can contact her for a satisfactory resolution. Thank you, Angie!

First time ever using a dry cleaning service... Our comforter is now nowhere to be found... My wife and I will get a call though, so theres that.......

Never go there i gave them 3 dresses for cleaning and they gave me them dirty then dirtiest one cost $300 im really disappointed with this cleaning im not recommending for anyone to go there.
