Shandra is the absolute gem of this office. She is always super helpful and on top of things. I do get frustrated that they dont try to get you better rates unless you ask, but we truly stay here because of Shandras amazing customer service.

Every instance I have had the opportunity to talk to anyone at this office, I always feel like my best interest is taken into account. Sometimes new coverage is discussed with me and after looking into my current situation,an agent will be honest if a policy is not a proper fit for your life.
