His son Rob was the one assigned to help me with my washer problem, he came and charged me to diagnose the washers problem and supposedly ordered the part and scheduled a day to repair it. The day came to be and he didn’t show up and said the part was delayed. A couple days later I tried calling and messaging him to get any updates and was asked if he’d wanted me to re order the part (making me question if he even had ordered it in the first place). He is very unreliable and very unresponsive you’d be lucky if you got a text back. Wouldn’t recommend him especially if it urges you to fix your appliances.

Our refrigerator was warm while our freezer was cold. The fridge got all the way up to 66 degrees. I called Bob on a Wednesday morning, he was able to come out that afternoon and found that our coils were frozen behind the freezer. He got it all defrosted and had me order the part to replace it so I didnt pay extra for it. Then he came back out this morning and finished the job. Thanks Bob! We will definitely keep him in mind for future repairs.

Made a call about my water not dispensing from my fridge anymore, someone came out within 40 minutes and fixed it within 15 minutes. I thought I would have to buy a new fridge if I wanted water from it again. Super happy with the service!

We had an ongoing problem with our oven failing to ignite. I called Good Shepherd (Bob is the owner/operator) for a quote and he happened to be in the area. Stopped by quickly, diagnosed the problem, and repaired. Excellent locally owned company with fair pricing - good guy too. Would highly recommend his service to anyone having appliance issues.

Doesnt return calls for an entire day. When I called again at end of day after waiting 7 hours Bob didnt feel like answering any of my questions. He said he was too busy and hung up.

Called on a Saturday said he would be out Monday. Did not show up but said he would be there for sure the next day. Took a day off work and waited. Never showed again because it was “farther then he wanted to go that day.” He May be a good repair man if he shows up.
