I would definitely recommend JG to clean your vents. Jimmy did a great job, my vents are over 50 years old and never been cleaned. It has been 2 weeks since he was at our home. I still cant get over how much of a change it made in our air quality after hiring him. The first thing my husband pointed out was that our furnace was running better, you can actually hear it getting air, awesome. I noticed it seemed to make the air flow a lot better and more forceful through the vents. It has also cut down on the dust a lot. I also would like to mention that Jimmy was not the first one I had to our home. I actually called someone else first who rescheduled on me a few times then once at my home, told me he saw to many red flags. And due to the age of my home and the red flags he couldnt clean my vents. Major waste of time. Take my advice, just call JG Duck cleaning. You will not be disappointed.

After initial miscommunications, Jimmy made things right and that’s all that counts. I signed up for the $379 duct and dryer vent cleaning. This includes a “standard“ dryer vent cleaning. After they were done cleaning they said because I had a roof vent it was more. Also during cleaning of the ducts, they asked if I wanted them to use a special tool without saying it would cost extra. After they were done and I saw the bill, I was surprised. When I pointed this out to Jimmy he quickly reversed the charges and apologized for the misunderstanding. That is good customer service.

Jimmy went above and beyond with my duct cleaning. I didn’t know it, but I had a family of squirrels living in my chimney. Jimmy and his helper brought the babies outside. The mom squirrel climbed out of the top of the chimney and took her babies to a new home. Then Jimmy capped my chimney and cleaned out the nest. It was a wild ordeal for everyone. Jimmy and his helper handled everything extremely professionally.

Duct cleaning is SO necessary!! I have lived in my home for a few years and never had my duct work cleaned out. There was a ton of dust that Jimmy removed. There were issues with one of the rooms in my home that wasnt getting much heat/AC but now that he cleaned everything out, I notice a much stronger airflow through my vents. Thanks Jimmy!!!

This company does a great job at a fair price. He cleaned areas that we discovered had never been done before and I noticed less dust in my house after this service. I also worry about dryer lint fires but he cleaned that thoroughly as well. I will definitely use their services again.

The chimneys were already fairly clean when he took a look so he gave me a friendly discount. He also took a peek at my duct system and gave recommendations.
