Charge way to much for a return its crazy 224.00 that is unacceptable

Mandy is so efficient and quick and friendly. My taxes are relatively simple, however, and I feel the price charged is a bit high. It seems to me that there should be a scale for payment.

The guy did my taxes wrong and got me back less money then the previous h&r block person guaranteed me. Didnt listen to anything I said have to get my taxes looked at again

Because I have been doing my taxes with H&R Block for several years and have always been very happy with them. I tried one other place in 2010 and was very dissatisfied with them and vowed to myself to never stray from H&R Block again. They are the best.
