Receptionist took care of me with a little digging due to, already submitted documents. Submitted documents online and in person to cover both ends. Make sure you have your birth certificate or passport, either one will do. Please dont forget your social security card, youll definitely need it. When you get the second letter of what they need please respond quickly.I was approved for emergency help which I needed asap.They worked diligently and fast here at this location. Not bad.Sometimes wait could be long. Please get here early.

Loretta was the receptionist and was amazing. Ive been making phone calls to ahcccs for weeks trying to get my insurance fixed and Im constantly getting hung up on and transferred and given different information. Finally went into the office and Loretta got me taken care of in twenty minutes, took down my information and paperwork and was extremely understanding of my situation and caring. Very compassionate and went above and beyond.

Sometimes a lil wait sometimes not so much. I think once your in though its pretty smooth sailing. Compared to other states where its much much more difficult.

The employees are courteous and it’s not too long of a wait.

Not sure what to think I spent two hours on phone last week to get a letter today saying I didnt complete interview but I did. Already have now been receiving ahcccs but no food stamps yet so clearly I interviewed with someone. I was really hoping for food stamps but still sitting here hungry. At least I have a job interview tomorrow somewhere..but cant buy food with a job interview. I sure have never been able to get help with des. Always denied for some reason or another and this time they say I didnt do an interview?! Its maddening really.

This is the one of the 9 rings of Hell. The incompetence of the employees is overwhelming, it is the worst government office I have ever dealt with and will alter your perception of government aid. If you can avoid this disgusting pit then do so at all cost.
