I have had a very bad experience with this company. I purchased a video from them at a band competition. I received the wrong dvd. I spoke to someone who said they would send the correct DVD in the mail. That was a month ago. Since then, Ive tried calling and emailing, but I get no response. Im very disappointed. They have received their money, but I still dont have my DVD. It makes me really sad because my kid had a solo performance, and now I dont have a professional quality video of it.
