Rented 2 of the same machines and had problems with both. It was admitted that they dont clean them like they should. A drywall texture machine. It cost me a job cause of the problems and driving back and forth to deal with the machine. Thanks for the loss of my job at the time!!!!!!!! Cost me$2000.00

Very unprofessional! Do not rent from here if you need equipment on time. Said they would deliver the equipment between 8am-Noon on Friday, then changed to sometime afternoon only to tell me around 10am Saturday. I have a truck coming at 5am Saturday, Ill be starting my day tomorrow 5hrs behind (if they get here at 10am) Also the work will now have to be done during the hottest part of the day, in 90+ temp instead of the cool morning! They have a bunch of kids running the place.

Used Bluewater from my wedding. They were easy to schedule with (I reserved my date a year in advanced) and they allowed me to pay in payments throughout the year leading up to my date. I like that they were a one-stop-shop and had all the equipment I needed for my outdoor wedding including chairs, tables, tent, dance floor and lights. Delivery was a comfortable time (24 hours) before the time of my wedding and the guys setting up were very considerate of how I wanted things laid out. They helped me decided what would work best for the amount of guests I had and other factors that would be under the tent. 3 stars because the quality of the equipment was not worth the price I paid. We had to pick and choose which chairs were suitable to use because so many were stained. We went through and wiped down and cleaned all the chairs ourselves. Tables were old and mistreated, covered them with tablecloths but they were uneven with wobbly legs. One string of lights down the side of the tent were dimmer than the rest and the company knew that would happen because they left us bulbs to change them ourselves. Dance floor fell apart quickly but that was probably due to the grass underneath it. Overall, service was great, product was not.

Bluewaters came and set up a tent for our churchs revival this week. They, again, were nothing but amazing! Their attention to detail and very personable staff make working with them so effortless.

My experience with Bluewaters was great. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. The piece of equipment I rented was in great working condition and practically brand new. Very good price as well. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for rental equipment or party supplies.

The price is right, the equipment may not be perfect, but it gets the job done. Staff is helpful, and if they dont have what you need, they will call you when they have it.
