Rude employees. Mask mandate policy that is out dated and more harmful than good to customers. The company has lost my business for good and I will never suggest them for anything. If social distance work then why a mask.If mask work then why distance. If the vaccine works then why would you need to do either. Compliance propaganda.

Got a good deal on diamond ear rings happy mothers day

So far my experiences with this place during the covid 19 pandemic have been awful. I still have not received my order I placed back in March, and my online order I placed in April I had to cancel. Why take orders with no intentions of filling them? Not happy at all.

Was in the store 10 minutes and no one spoke, only 2 working so I came back. Now 4 working and not friendly. Not even 2 dollars in the register to give me change back from a 20 dollar bill! So, I got all quarters! I went in to have a ring guard put on my ring, they charged me $14. 99. I purchased my wedding set in Mt. Juliet and they don’t even charge me for ring guards! I will not return to this store! My. Juliet will be my main store from now on! Much friendlier service and quicker!

I give this team 5 stars because they genuinely care about me and my jewelry. Always greeted with a smile and friendly atmosphere. Sam is our favorite! She rocks!

Bought my engagement ring from here the staff was phenominal and very helpful they will clean it anytime i want. This has by far been my best experience at a jewelry store ever! I highly reccomend this store to anyone who is shopping for an engagement ring! Cant wait to go back and get my band!

If I could give this store no stars I would! A family member of mine has had to take her ring back three times now in less then 6 months due to stones being loose and the piece of metal that holds the diamond becoming loose. Now they are saying they can not repair her ring fully . She never showered in her ring or did any kind of strenuous things wearing her ring. I thought these rings was supposed to last a life time! This is very upsetting!!

Cookeville Kay jewelers. Bought engagement ring was supposed to be special order in 8 1/2. They Sent a ring that was smaller and stretched. This is the second ring from there first time this ones broke. First ring which was promise ring broke three times. Probably wont get refund or anything do not buy from here. The staff does not care about the customer and probably doesnt follow corporate policy.

Overpriced....watch battery replaced, appears too much pressure applied in removing screw...shifted watch face...less than 5$ at battery Plus while Kays charges 25 for same work.. would advise not using them except maybe to clean up trash
