I checked around at a few different tire places, and found that Freeman Tires had the best price. Their customer service is great too. Asked them to check my brakes to see if they needed to be changed out. They told me that I still had about 50 % wear on them.

Tried to sell me brand new tires I didn’t need by refusing to put the used ones I got elsewhere on my wheels, claiming they had dry rot. They didn’t. I got them with my father, who knows cars. Ultimately in trying to cheat me, they saved me the $40 it takes to have them put them on, as my dad ended up buying a manual changer and doing it(with my assistance) for free. He’s glad to have the changer, it’ll pay for itself over time.

Reasonably priced to get a rim off a bad tire n get it switched to a new one and put back on car. Nice service. Wait time wasnt best but thats normal though for a tire shop.

I dropped my car off this week to get new tires and front brakes. They called me shortly after leaving it and asked me if I had been having a specific issue with my brakes. This morning they were busy. Got in and out in a little under an hour.

Well its simple I bought two tires how to put on my front end that I had 13 brand new parts on I paid for a 4 wheel alignment and it was Despicable for what I saying from one of their employees that actually did my alignment re-entered who sells room through my invoice up on the counter as he was walking by that a quick right had an attitude you could tell by his voice and his character he said I know the paperwork from the alignment says that its out still and if you feel it is just bring it back that told me right there they dont strive for getting the job done right the first time a year later I tried to help their management by by explaining what has happened the only thing he kept on noticing that hurts a year later I told him I wasnt there to get anything free for you just to look at it he handled it okay me personally would have handled it in a much different way Ive been in business for about 33 years HVAC and I tried to get the job done right the first time thats all I was looking for I thought about buying for more tires for the same truck and getting another four wheel alignment but that wouldnt be in my best interest when they only have one location and I travel all over so their coverage for what Im looking for wasnt going to fulfill my needs so whos been my fault to allow them to do any more work for me I was there one other time before that they put two rear tires on the back of a truck for me I couldnt ask for any better service in the world that actually is what brought me back the time that they did me wrong theres no lies here with my words very truthful I hope it can help Im not looking to hurt their business in anyway like I said the good jam up job first time second time they place my business indefinite but Im not saying for any other individuals not to give him a try

Ive been needing to replace the tires on my RAV4 for several months now. I had compared prices (not including Walmart because I refuse to allow them to work on my vehicle after seeing several people have their cars fall off of the racks while being serviced there) across town and even outside of Cookeville. Finally I decided to check Freeman Tire before making a decision on where I would get tires. On a walk-in and roughly a 1 hour wait, I left with 4 brand new tires that perfectly suited my need with a great warranty and even road hazard included for a cheaper price than anywhere I had looked. Definitely will never have to price shop again, and will use Freeman Tire in the future whenever I need new tires. Friendly people, great service, and fast to boot. Keep up the good work!

Great service, the staff is always friendly and polite. My father purchased my tires from them and part of the warranty is free tire rotation. Everytime I have went there to get my tires rotated it has been always been a fast experience. Ive been in and out in less then 20 min. As far as other services go Im not sure how great they are considering Ive only had my tires rotated, but I have no doubt that they would do an excellent job on anything you need done to your vehicle!

This family business has consistently provided fast, proper, helpful service every time Ive dropped in with a flat tire or a split tire. Their prices are reasonable. Their service is as good as it gets. If you buy your tires from them, then they rotate the tires for free. They are a wonderful example of small business ownership. Dont hesitate to try them out. The best around! Kind, knowledgeable staff. I came in after I was told during a dealership service appointment that I needed a new tire after one of mine was punctured with a nail. Turns out, it was a screw that hadn’t even gone through the tread! Freeman made sure the tire wasn’t leaking, put it back on my car, and didn’t sell me a tire that I didn’t need. Talk about honest!
