I came here for the first time for a Brazilian wax, because my regular esthetician was booked. At first when I walked in I was unsure how the service would go. When I walked inside the wax room it was kinda uncomfortable because it was completely dark with a small ring light I couldn’t really see her work. When I initially laid down she interrogated me and thought I took a picture of her because my iPhone clicked when I locked it. Over all after she was finished I didn’t notice until I looked at myself when I got home that she left considerable amounts of hair but did not inform me and charged me the full price as if she did her job. When I called the next day asking for her to look at it and for a refund she started blaming me for not coming back the same day to show her she left a lot of her, but she told me herself that she saw that she left a lot of hair before I left but decided not to inform me and charge me the full price. She is very unprofessional and lacks skills.She is also unsanitary with the wax during Brazilians I also noticed she double dipped. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I read the reviews on Google which led me to inquiring about services. I called the shop at 10:20 and was able to be seen at 10:45. Due to the pandemic, I hadn’t been able to get my eyebrows done for about 7 months so they were in bad shape. Leonie’s mom was polite and welcoming. Leonie was super friendly and my eyebrows looked amazing. Usually only one eyebrow looks good but she was able to tame my bad left brow. It was quick, easy, affordable, and painless. I will definitely be returning. I highly recommend using her services.

While I am a loyal customer to my regular esthetician with Brazilian wax by Andreia for all my brazilians and underarm waxing she nor any of the other esthetician that I have trusted in the past have come remotely close to removing all the hair when I get my underarms wax. I went to Waxing Studio because Andreia did not have any openings. The esthetician( I believe her name was Leonie) did a flipping FABULOUS JOB. She got ALL the hairs (even the thin short ones) without having to use tweezers to pluck any left overs. The room atmosphere is different then what I am use to (its dark with just a circle light on) but I will definitely be willing to returning for her to do my underarms. The price is 5.00 higher than Andreia but the finally outcome is worth it.

I go for eyebrow waxing. I’ve been going here for 8 years now no matter the fact that I live an hour away and most times out of state. I don’t let anyone else touch my eyebrows because most times they don’t have the skill to keep the shape and fullness that fits my face like Leonne can. This is a picture weeks after getting it done; I am able to keep them up for months until I can fly back to see her.

I prefer no other! The owner is pure perfection. My only regret is that I wish I’d found them sooner.

This really is the best my eyebrows have ever looked. Both women in there were so personable and nice to start! The place truly has a great atmosphere. My eyebrows have little to no shape naturally, so generally theyre touched up and thats it when Ive gotten them done previously, but not here. The women who did my eyebrows made them look amazing and like they actually had shape! We also talked my husband into getting his eyebrows done for the first time and his were extremely well done. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, this place is amazing and I will definitely be going back regularly!

Wonderful job on my eyebrows! She asked how I wanted my eyebrows shaped and did a wonderful job. The wax wasnt too hot and it was less painful than other eyebrow waxings. I normally break out after wax is applied, but I have yet to notice this. Very friendly, too!

I have been a loyal customer of Leonie for about 10 years now. I started going to her for my eyebrows and for bikini/brazilian waxes. Shes amazing and I let no one else touch these brows. I think brazilian waxes are horrible, but Leonie does them really quick and they dont hurt near as bad as other places. Shes also an amazing esthetician! I went to her with the goal of getting my skin to a point where I would not have to wear makeup. At the time, I was experiencing horrible breakouts and hyperpigmentation. We went through a series of chemical peels and she worked with me to come up with the perfect products for my skin type. I get compliments on my skin all the time and its all thanks to Leonie! The salon is relaxing and everyone that works there is friendly and like family. I highly recommend this business!

Leoni is amazing! I have been coming to her for brows for many years! She has a unique way of waxing that I have never seen before! She uses matchstick sized wax applicacators for minimal wax-NO POPSICLE STICKS!! And so kind and friendly!! I definitely recommend Waxing Studio!

I have been going here for a couple of years for lash extensions and brow waxing and dying. I came across them when I literally worked a couple of blocks away. I live in Monroe (about 45 minutes away) and now work in Oakwood (near Gainesville). Its well worth a few hours out of my Saturday to come here for the services! I am always very pleased and the ladies treat me like family!

I had a great experience tonight at this studio. Very minimal pain, professional, and educated. I got full legs, Brazilian, and underarms. I highly recommend this location!!!!

The two stars were simply because the job did look decent. While getting your chin done you have to sit straight up which was extremely uncomfortable. However I am from out of town and looked up the prices ahead of time. When I was done she then said it was $15 (because im assuming she did more work I didnt ask for) so when I got to the stand to pay I asked why was it $15 when it states $10 online. She came to the front and said, $10 is fine then walked away with an attitude and sort of closed the door aggressively on her way back. Bad for business!

My friend recommended the place so on a Saturday morning I called to see until what time they were open and they told me until 9 and when I get there around 4 I come in and I tell the lady I was there for eyebrows and she looked at me with the dirtiest look while giving me attitude and said its a long wait I said how long she said other people are in front of you I said ok so what are you trying to say she said it will be 30 mins and continued to give me the worst look ever!! I felt like they didnt even want to attend me so I just walked out!!! Worst experience EVER!!!

Waxing already hurts, but it doesnt feel good when someone is tugging and pulling. Ive always laid on waxing tables for the chin, but here you sit in a stool. Talk about uncomfortable. As the daughter was talking and sharing everything she new about the entire world I sat quietly with my eyes closed. When I started paying attention I realized she was double dipping in the wax with the same applicator. Where does this happen? She dipped and wiped the excess wax on the side of the waxing pot. I pray this isnt done during brazillians. She tweezed here and there and that hurt worse. When all was said and done I asked how much and she said $30. I asked for what?!!!! I told her it will never happen again. Ive NEVER EVER paid $30 for my chin and lip. I told her (the daughter) I will driver a little further to wax & relax to continue my serves from here on out! To top it off I get home and have to tweeze a place she missed. I will NEVER ever ever go back or recommended anyone.

I go here every 6 weeks and use different ladies, but this last visit was the worse ever. I was there for a total wax, well so i paid fir and tipped $20 bucks, but for the first timr ever my skin broke out, I was only half waxed once I got home and was looking at myself, and I will never go back to this place ever again, which saddens me because usually I am very proud of their work. Not this time, so there will not be another time.

Brazilian wax experience was 1/10.Daughter (shes around 39 yrs old) ripped off my skin(was bleeding). For Her final work I noticed Patchy hairs- very patchy final, not the clean and professional you expect. It looked razored. (Regretted coming when saw and wanted to forget Experience).The last thing Ill say is The conversation I endured in the room stayed with me after the service.Her convo became an interogation questioning round. I came to relax not hear about your conflicting opinions of my business, while paying you to get >_< waxed.I left uneased af with a terrible brazilian wax. And great vibes gone. Go elsewhere for a 50+$ Brazilian experience.

From years of waxing with little pain, this place gave me a massively painful experience, she did not trim the hairs down before starting, she went over one area way too many times on already irritated skin, and I had many stray hairs after, along with wax residue still on my skin. Will surly not return.

I received the absolute worst Brazilian wax ever! I know they are painful but this was horrible she didnt cut my pubic hair down and it didnt bother her at all that I was complaining ... Dont go here!!!!!
