I have been very pleased with the service that Eder and team have provided. I have used them on several occasions once was an emergency. The tree appeared to be dead and could have fallen towards the house any time. They responded and took care of the situation very quickly.

I called Elegant for an estimate after trying to get my trees trim and cut with another tree service. Every week there was a delay due to the rain. Eder came to provide an estimate. He said he could return later that day to start the job and could compete the job by the next day. He kept his word. The job is complete. I have cameras around my house. This helped with advising him and his crew on what was needed and to remind him about a few additional details. He was accommodating. I will use his service in the future.

I had one large tree removed from my front yard, stump grinded, and new sod and tree planted where the old tree was. Mr. Eder and his team were very professional. I could tell they knew what they were doing. They had the right equipment and Mr. Eder explained every thing he was going to do before he did the job. The job was done to my satisfaction. I gave 4 rating because I would say that Mr. Eder is a busy man so you have to pack your patience in selecting a date and time that will be convenient for you and him. Overall, I was satisfied and would use his services again.

Backyard project - Gregorio and his team did an excellent job grading and re-sodding our backyard and re-installing an irrigation system; all done timely and to our satisfaction. Would definitely hire again for future landscaping needs. Highly recommend!

My fiancé paid for a job that wasn’t completed And they also damaged things well doing so. Georgio keeps telling her that he will be out there to complete it and never did always having excuse like other projects was much more important than hers. She had already paid for this project and it has yet to be completed. DO NOT pay in advance if you want your work completed and done correctly.

Not a good experience at all. The workers came to my home and I was told that I would be provided with an estimate the following day. I had to follow up after I had not received anything. I was then given another date to expect the estimate. I followed up multiple times to finally get a response saying they could not do it. Poor customer service and lack of integrity!
