American Pest Control has always been professional with our service. We use their pest and mosquito control and are very satisfied. Our technician, Austin, is always on-time, willing to come out if we have problems between services and is very professional.

We’ve been using Am Pest Control for about 7 years. We’ve had some decent techs, some bad ones, and some great ones. Today we had the best tech we’ve ever had. Her name is Adina Harris. She was so nice and thorough. Much more thorough than any other tech. She found issues that hadn’t been addressed by techs in the past and went out of her way to fix everything. I hope we get her every time.

The clerk is very rude and the services did not work. After 4x going to my home we are still having problems and after I call to express my concerns the front desk clerk hangs up the phone even though I was being very cautious in how I came across because we really just wanted to resolve the problem. Rude and very useless as a company if this is how business is handled.

The gentleman came out and did an great job checking all of my stations.He replaced three of the baits top and made sure all of the bait sites were good. He explained the process on how the bait traps worked and when they supposed to be changed out.

Exterminator did a good job. Took time to spray areas requested. Scheduling is my complaint. I have called 2-3 times and asked that we not be scheduled and informed of time by automation. I want a personal call to-be sure we will be home at that time. If not, a return visit will have to be made since we do not pay if only outside is sprayed.

I purchased my home in Nov-2019 and the prev owner supposedly had a lifetime contract with this company and now they are sending me a invoice for $290.00 under my name when I do not have service contract with this company.please start by sending the invoice to the prev owner and not me I get to choose who I have come out to my home for pest ctrl not you it really rub me the wrong way for your company to assume that I WANT TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT I DID NOT ASK FOR.

Bob, my Service Advisor, was great! He was very personable, considerate and thorough. However, the company was a mess. They mail or email appoint. However, the company is an administrative mess. They dont call to set up an appointment with you for a quarterly service. They email or postal mail you. Sometimes, you receive your notification. Other times, you do not. Due to a significant service mix-up, I was comped a service. However, then I received a bill for my comped service. i wrote a letter stating that the service was supposed to be comped and canceling my service. I also notified Bob of my cancellation. I received no response, but then received an invoice the next month for the service PLUSfinance charges. I called the office and told them the service was supposed to be comped and that I had canceled the service. Yet, now I receive an appointment reminder that my next service is scheduled. I have called yet again to cancel. Bob is a great person, but their administrative problems are not worth the hassle.

Technicians are on time and mannerly but the company is way too expensive and scheduling system is bad. If german roaches are your problem, first try Advion Cockroach Gel Bait. That has been the only bug problem I could not handle by myself. American Pest Control charged me a lot of money for one year and overall, I had the same problem that I began with at the end of the year.

First time Ive ever left a review for anything. We used American Pest Control for a couple of years for our pest and termite treatments. We set up our account under auto pay to have our payment drafted every month. After we discontinued the pest Control side (but kept termite treatment) they sent us a letter and said they didnt take out the correct money a few years back and sent us a $500+ bill they said we owed. We went back and forth and no help. Just demanded the money. Our bank wanted more than $500 in fees to retrieve old statements from years back to prove we payed it. American Pest Control quit treating our house and kept taking the money monthly out of the bank. They would say they checked bait stations when we wasnt home. But bait stations had dirt over them (dogs and ant hills) so you could tell they havent been touched. We also started getting termite damage. To sum it up, they wouldnt work with us and threaten to put it on my credit report. I just paid the money again so my credit wouldnt take a hit. They screwed up the billing even though they weretaking money out of the account and took advantage of us.
