Black-Owned Cake & Party Store!!!I’m already in my 3rd visit in a week! They have GREAT inventory and are ALWAYS so sweet & helpful. I love that they’re busy now during the graduation season. Can’t wait to send more customers their way!

I needed a backdrop for my birthday party and called the store at the last minute. Stephanie located 3 for me, all on clearance! She held them for me until I arrived. Even while in the store inquiring about other items, Ms. Stephanie gladly assisted me. Best customer service ever! The owner of the store is also very cordial.I definitely plan to return for party needs.

I always have a great experience and love supporting this business. They give more then regular customer service they make you feel like family. When I go in for a balloon or for my kids party, my head space was all over the place. I put it into there hands and I was so happy with the balloon arrangement. Just feel like home walking in this place. If you have a problem it easy corrected. Party Out the Box is a breath of fresh air. Absolutely love this place. They make the party planning process super easy by being so helpful and having a great assortment of things to choose from. I will continue to support and tell everyone I know to do so as well.

I always find something that I didnt know I needed! The balloon colors are extensive and oh so pretty! The prices are good, the products creative, and the staff is welcoming and stays ready to help and answer questions. We enjoy each visit.

I’ve always been such a huge supporter of this store despite having a bad encounter with the store owner (he is so rude and talks to you like you owe him something...VERY condescending). I have told everyone about how great the store is compared to other local party stores and love shopping at local businesses. However, I will not come back after the last experience I’ve had with the store owner again.I had a graduation yard sign printed and called to tell them that the ink was leaking in my hands when I picked it up. I thought it was drying and waited a day before calling.I called the next day and a lady over the phone said they had had many customers calling with the issues they were having with the materials and the ink not being compatible. I found that to be a reasonable explanation and I gave them another shot and got it reprinted. This one was WAY worse. With just some rain, it smeared completely! If it’s a yard sign, it shouldn’t have smeared with the rain.A few days later, I went back to pick up another order I had and forgot to take the old sign that the owner had requested I bring back so he could take to the manufacturer. Instead of apologizing to me for the inconvenience this brought to me, he made it seemed like it was my duty to return “HIS SIGN”. He ignored me after I mentioned I’d bring it later because I hadn’t been home since I graduated.My parents decided to finally take both poorly made signs back to show the store owner today. Instead of being met with an apology and a remedy, they were met with the rude store owner accusing them of damaging the yard signs with chemicals other than rain water. He kept talking down to my parents saying that this had been the first time that this had ever happened in 5 years of making these hard signs. I doubt this is the first time that this has happened because I had an employee literally tell me over the phone that it’s happened to MULTIPLE clients.I’m just appalled and disappointed by this owner’s behavior and poor customer service. I’m such a loyal customer and this just ended any positive referrals I had for this store. I feel for the employees that actually provide great customer service but I hope you don’t run into the store owner that only speaks over you and talks to you condescendingly.

I came into the store to get balloons for our Senior Night basketball game that night. When I was waiting to speak I heard the Christian music playing and it made the experience even better. I believe it was the manager that help bring my (our) vision to life. From there she handed to the ladies and (I hate I didnt get everyones name) and in 1 hour they had me ready to go. When I came back to pick it up, the young ladies were very professional and helpful in bagging everything. I highly recommend Party Out the Box not only for the service but the experience. Well it might be a great place unless your a disabled veteran!!! The owner violated the ada section 3 of medical exempt regarding face coverings. A requirement for his store but doesnt supply any to shop. He farther stated to take my medical exempt A** to party city where I wouldnt have to where a face mask. Gladly will take my money elsewhere.

Love this small town local business. I have Used them so many times, everything has always always came out above and beyond my visions. Their employees are always super ready to help Anyone coming in the store. Im a treat maker and also do balloon decor. I LOVE this store! I can always find what I need for balloons and most of the time what I need for my treats.(They are obviously still growing on the baking side). The staff is extremely friendly and courteous. Id much rather go here than cake art.

*Edit*I was so sad when we visited Party Out of the Box this past weekend. I had a great experience last September so I decided to return to see if I could have some balloons special ordered for our daughters party. The employees totally ignored us. I stood at the counter for a good while before the sales associate even acknowledged us. I asked if they had any Minnie Mouse balloons. The guy didn’t even look up and just pointed to a display and said that’s all we got. I asked if they could order some as I was looking for something in particular and he said nope. Sorry.Sadly I ended up just ordering my balloons from Amazon. I don’t think we will go back here. ****Our daughter had a Teddy Bear Picnic party. We could not find balloons to match the theme. I called to see if they carried Teddy Bear Balloons. They did not have any in stock but the awesome owner looked through all of her balloon catalogs and sent me several options and special ordered my daughters balloons. They were ready and waiting for me on the day of the party! I love supporting local businesses and this one is amazing! Excellent customer service! 100 times better than Party City!

Its black owned so thats why I tried to give them a chance over party city. Huge mistake!! I went in the store on Friday, August 2 to speak to them about blowing Up some balloons that I purchased on Amazon for my baby shower. I got a price and I told them I will bring the balloons on Saturday, August 3 and I would need them on Sunday, August 4 for my baby shower. The woman told me they open at noon on Sunday and my balloons will be ready at 12:15 PM. My friend arrived around 12:15 PM and the balloons were not ready. Mind you I pre-paid for these balloons on Saturday so that was Sunday they will be ready for pick up. They were not ready until about 12:45 PM. So if you need something done on time just go to party city and dont waste your time.

This is the Party Stop for a one stop shop, balloon decor, party supplies, themed items and so much more. This is my go to store for every event. The owners go above and beyond to make sure that your experience at the store was outstanding.

Cheaper than Party City but have fewer variety

The owner is super nice and they are cheaper on balloons than party city. Ive been getting party supplies from here for the last several years.

I like the way the store is organized. Other party stores can become quite overwhelming, especially when youre looking for a specific item.

My 1st time here it was ok had some stuff like Cake Art except customer service. One employee was helping out another I passed her 3 times didnt acknowledge me couldve said I be right with you. After she was done she walk the other way so I put all must stuff back but 1 and decided to get my party stuff at Wal-Mart.
