C.H. Martin company has great service. It was easy to schedule an appointment and since they offer new patient forms online, I was able to have those filled prior to my visit. The front office lady was kind and informative about what my child was getting done. Jeffery is super skilled at his job. He was able to measure and cast my childs feet in under 15 mins! When we came back to picked the brace, it fit very nicely with very little adjustments. I am glad I was referred by my childs doctor to come here.

I 100% recommend this company. We have used CH Martin for going on 2 years with our AFOs and additional services for our son. Brandi and (Aaron I think his name is) are EXCEPTIONAL. They go above and beyond with customer service and their willingness to help. They are professional and always make you feel welcome and that you are not a burden. Even though it is a little bit of a drive for me, I wouldnt trust anyone else to do my sons braces. They take their time and are so patient and kind... I am grateful for them. Its hard to take a screaming child into a place typically when you think youre going to be judged or scorned. I am never made to feel like anything my son is doing is out of the ordinary. They are thorough and overall just KIND people. I wish more companies employed people like Brandi and Aaron.

Excellent attention to detail, really listened to our concerns. This has been a 22 month jpurney to the othotic. We were serviced by another othotic company in Sept and the wound re-opened because the doctors instructions were ignored, it took 6 months for this to happen and we are thrilled with the care we are receiving.

This company is fantastic and has great customer service! They spent time making sure my husband knew how to wear the boot and that the fit was correct. Brandi is also amazing and helped us troubleshoot a billing issue. Highly recommend!

Everytime my son have to get a new AFO I always have a great experience. It is always smelling good in this facility. I always get a full break down of what is going. I would definitely recommend this facility.
