Descent rooms fairly priced, no frills. It would have been nice to know that pool and gym was closed. Also bartender never showed on a Friday.

Loved my beautiful room and the decor. Better experience with the staff than at the Buckhead location. Loved everyones upbeat personalities and professionalism.

Clean and comfortable. They offer a military discount. Its very convenient to restaurant and Wal Mart. The staff was very courteous. Would stay here again!

When you have a 3 year old with a specific routine for the evening and you are in the midst of an interstate move, you select a hotel and brand based upon reputation for customer experience and an easy evening. This was NOT the case at the Courtyard Marriott in Conyers, Georgia and suite 224, the highest priced of the available room options (>$200).The AC unit made a horrible noise, like an 18-wheeler revving up and down. It needed to be turned off to sleep. And, the thermostat was also broken, reporting 78 degrees when the baby monitor thermometer revealed 60 degrees. The bathroom light did not work, as well. Finally, neither of the TVs worked--for either local/cable stations or Internet TV.This hotel appears to be well worn and perhaps not maintained very well over time. The customer service was mediocre, with associates treating it more like a 9-to-5 than true experience. On the whole, we lost a bit of faith in the brand with this visit. Not all Marriotts are the same, definitely not Courtyards, and we would have had a less expensive and higher quality experience downtown.

Great staff and a wonderful place for the weekend

Nice staff and very clean hotel. We held our repast there after the funeral and the hotel staff was very attentative and helpful with whatever we needed.

Friendly staff, and reasonably comfortable,, however I found the walk-in shower extremely unsafe. There is no slip resistant material and my 5 year old boy slipped on the floor and out of my hands so fast he landed on his back in the raised threshold. I highly recommend the hotel do something about this immediately.

Parking lot had beer cans and bottles everywhere. There was even a babyseat with diapers left from some parking lot party left laying out there for 2 of the 3 nights that we stayed. Cops everywhere. The front desk staff were nice and the Cafe ladies were too. Ill now drink my white chocolate mocha latte with half and half because of the great ladies at the Cafe! Everything seemed clean but we didnt have a blanket on out bed just a sheet and a light coverlet.

Excellent Hotel people are nice and rooms are very clean rhere were a few problems with the sink, like the sink water not going down quick enough, and I wouldve thought the TV would be bigger but other than that would go again.

I have now stayed at this location twice in the past few months while driving cross country, once for 1 night in January and once for 2 nights in March. The location is convenient near the highway and a great spot to stay if youre planning on visiting filming locations from The Vampire Diaries/The Originals/Legacies like I was. The front desk staff was friendly during both of my stays, although on my second stay I was wondering if Corey was ever allowed to leave because he was at the desk every time I came in or out for 2 days! He was very personable though, I stayed at 4 different Marriotts while driving cross-country and he was the best with customer service! All of the staff I saw around was properly masked and socially distanced, both rooms I stayed in were clean. I preferred the layout of the double room I stayed in on the third floor in March over the king suite on the second floor from my first stay.

We had originally booked a room at a different hotel. Not being from Georgia, upon inspection of our room we realized we had booked a roach motel. Realizing our mistake we had started searching for hotels in the area and due to the circumstances of booking a place last minute we were ready to drop serious cash.We first came to this Marriott and the only employee there, wouldnt even let us in the door. Mind you this is 3am at night and we all had masks on were following CDC guidelines. We could understand if there was no vacancy, but all she just kept repeating was Check in is at 8am. We tried sitting in the parking lot, trying to call the corporate office to report this, but then we noticed a police vehicle pull up in the parking lot and drive slowly by us. Not sure if this was a coincidence or not, but we decided its not worth getting arrested for.Luckly!!!!! Literally every other hotel in the area welcomed us with open arms. We even explained our situation to most of them and they gave us a brochures and everything to make sure we knew what we were getting.Ended up staying at the Hampton because theyre suites we liked the best.

Hotel was nice. COVID still has the gym closed, and if you need your room cleaned, you need to ask for it to be done. No free breakfast, but the bistro is reasonable, and they are right across the street from IHOP.

The Facility itself was of poor quality from the Front Desk Staff to the room itself. Check in staff on cellphone ear piece while checking me in. Upon arrival to the room the door was left open. Dirty towels left in bathroom. All amenities listed on website is absolutely not what you arrive too. Im very disappointed!

Lady at the front desk was so nice ! This is probably the nicest stay i’ve had at a hotel. Everyone here is very sweet and friendly. Our room was very clean and organized. The breakfast is amazing and our french toast was freshly made in the back! although it isn’t free unless you ask to include the free breakfast while booking. There is free wifi and a pool too!

I specifically booked this room for me and my daughters for the pool! There is nothing on the website indicating the pool is closed. I even asked the concierge what floor is the pool on and she said this floor. I wasn’t until we were fully dressed and went to the pool that we were told the pool wasn’t open !!! This was a total disappointment. Incould have went downtown to bigger hotels with open pools and spennt less for my room. Never again will I book here. Plus the internet is SUPER SLOW!!! Don’t book here

The front desk staff were all extremely polite and helpful. The location was very convenient to the interstate and the room was spacious. I was very disappointed that the restaurant and bar were closed the entire week we were there. They did offer breakfast and Starbucks coffee most of the mornings during our 5 night stay but the staff was frequently late or not available. On the days she no-showed, the front desk did put out a carafe of complimentary coffee. The rooms are in desperate need of a little TLC and cleaning. The vent on the window AC unit was covered in mold and dust, the curtains had what appeared to be old dried blood on them, the bathroom had mystery splashes, stains and hairs lingering from previous visitors. I asked for fresh towels midway thru our stay and was told there werent enough to merit doing a load of laundry so it would be the next day before more were available. Had the front desk staff not been so friendly and nice this stay would have rated only 1-2 stars but they made the other issues bearable and I felt that they were doing the best they could with what they had to work with under the circumstances.

I don’t really know where to start... this is a one star hotel. I’m only giving it two stars because the front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. I had to switch rooms and a lot of things were broken or in need of maintenance in both rooms: the toilet ran all night and the plumbing inside the toilet didn’t work, the sink was broken, toilet paper roll holder broken, curtains don’t close all the way, heater/AC makes a loud squeaking noise, kitchenette badly in need of repair, wheels on desk broken, two lightbulbs out. They are out of pretty much everything you might want to buy from their paltry “market.” Not a lot of care taken in this place.

Im mixed when it comes to this location. It was nice but I could not get them to refill the soap dispenser. Then there was an issue with prepayment not being there. But, the bed and pillows... Yesssss!!!

Enter the hotel and room, there we no noticeable signs that affirm the hotel is keeping us safe, with the exception of the mask signs.

This place is misleading, there is a horrible excuse for a breakfast and they advertise Starbucks in the lobby but theres no Starbucks in sight. Rooms are small and awkward and way over priced.

Visiting and I thought this would the luxury hotels I need for me and my kiddos.... Rooms need Renovated, random hair found upon the 1st bed check, staines in chair it was just not up to my standards staying at the Marriott and this wasnt my 1st time. I have stayed at the Marriott once before in LA but it was a disappointment as well. I will not stay again and anyone who says they are nice and clean need to think again. 2stars only because it was late and tolerable. Night staff was rude and not knowledgeable either.

First of all I dont want this to reflect on the ladies at the desk. They did all they could to assist us. Jamie was great and should be commended. This reflects on the Brand Marriott. Its quite a shame when youre in your room and see bugs, on more than 1 occasion. Flying Roaches, large roaches. Also our Cable never worked in our room. Instead of repairing it, we were given a number to call to talk to the cable people ourselves. Marriott Really. I use to respect the Marriott Name. But after this being the second Marriott during our Atlanta trip weve had to change from so disappointed. Still trying to get money refunded from first Marriott hotel in Dunwoody.

Comfy bed, nice room. Had to move after one night due to malfunctioning shower, but otherwise good experience. They need USB plugs in the room for phone charging.

I enjoyed the room....the bed was comfortable. Only downside was seeing an oversizes roach. It wasnt in my room but in the hallway on our floor.Its very convenient to any food place you want to eat at.

Well the front desk was helpful and courteous along with being friendly. No microwave and no small bar soap in the room but I found out later they give it out at the desk. But the hotel location is across from a walmart and wendys. The a/c unit is kinda loud but works very well. Pool not open but the bar is. Rooms 119.00 per night and the chicken tenders and fries meal is good but almost 12.00 for 7 tenders and steak fries.

It was an okay stay, bed was extremely comfortable thats why I give it 4 stars. Our room had a mini fridge which was good but did not have a microwave which is essential to me. We had to go back down to the lobby to warm up our food. It was late and we just wanted to eat, relax and go to sleep after a very long 2 days and evenings dealing with our property management company after our AC went out in our rental home on a 90 then 95° day in Georgia. It was a comfortable stay that helped me feel better to deal with today!!

This hotel was in an ideal location. We had quick access to the interstate where we could be in Atlanta in no time. The hotel staff was very slow and didnt make any attempts to speed up the process. This location offered a minimal Starbucks menu which was great. The rooms were clean and spacious. They had a small indoor pool and and very large outside area with a grill.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and made me fell welcome. Negative: The room did not have a microwave and I could not get free internet.

My family & I were in town for a Funeral. Our experience was excellent from the moment I booked & was helped by Corey. I am a travel agent & my expectations were forfilled. My Family & I were very pleased with our stay. Corey the Guest Service attendant extremely pleasant from thee time of arrival until leaving...He was very helpful & very Welcoming. He went over & beyond to accommodate our needs. Our stay was made to be very comforting especially since we were mourning the loss of a close family member .We will definitely return to this location. The service was Amazing!! Thank you soo much!!

I was highly disappointed with this hotel. The price for one night was $179. Went to the room and opened the shower door and there was hair all over the shower. For the elevated precautions regarding COVID-19, this was disgusting. To add there was no soap in the shower soap dispenser and no soap for hand washing. I will never stay here again or recommend anyone staying here. I should report this.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! It was updated and clean! The front desk employee was very helpful and friendly! We needed adjoining rooms, which they had available and worked great! The indoor pool is nice; on the smaller side, but it was fine for our family. Breakfast is not included, as an FYI. The beds were very comfortable, and the King room had a wonderful large shower! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This is a nice hotel for a family. I do wish they had suite styles to support larger families, but it still works. I would recommend asking for a few extra towels if you do have a couple of kids with you. The service is great and the staff were super friendly. Highly recommended.

Overall, this overnight stay at the Courtyard was nothing less than I would expect from a Marriott hotel. From when I first called to see if my early check-in would be accommodated until my check out process, the representative was very professional courteous and inviting. I highly recommend this location to others who are looking for hotel accommodations in this area. You will not be disappointed.

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME, NICE BEDS, CLEAN ROOMS AND GREAT INTERNET, THANKS MARRIOTT......

Bathroom sink was clogged. Only one in room coffee, towel rack fell off the wall.

A little disappointed in Marriot. Booked two rooms to accomodate family, internet service was down and they didnt bother to tell me even though I clearly communicated our needs.

The hotel is modern and clean. It is what I expect from Courtyards. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The room had a very comfortable king bed and spacious sitting area. The shower was also very spacious. The fitness room does not offer a lot of options, but it is clean and has three cardio machines and a weight bench with dumbbells. It is a fairly normal fitness room in comparison to most hotels I have stayed in that are this tier hotel. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and was very relaxed and comfortable here. I travel for business frequently and would certainly stay here again.

The overall stay was good. The maid said she would come back to clean the room and never did. Also there was a glitter confetti all over carpets in common areas. Once you find the hotel it’s a great location.

I had a wonderful stay at Marriott courtyard Conyers. I was here on a business trip and Simon was a delight and extremely helpful in giving recommendations for food and other activities in the area. Room was big and comfortable. I loved having a fridge in my room to assist in food and drinks to be refrigerated. Overall, stay was a delight! I will be traveling more to Conyers and will definitely be staying here every time

My stay here was pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are modern and the hotel has great amenities. I left a dress in the hotel and didnt realize it until I reached my next destination of Washington, D.C. The hotel staff made sure that my belongings were safe until I could have someone local retrieve it. This speaks volumes for me for the hotel staff. I would highly recommend this hotel. This is a great place to stay! I spent two weeks here on business and I was very pleased. The rooms are large and clean, the beds and pillows are super comfy! The bathrooms are really big, the towels are soft, and the shower is perfect... perfect flow and pressure! The staff at this hotel are exceptional! The front desk people are very friendly and helpful, and the ladies that work in the Bistro in the morning are the best! I really enjoyed my extended stay!

Despite the average reviews, my stay at the Courtyard was great! The room itself was fairly clean, spacious and comfortable. The decor was modern too!The hotel staff was hospitable and responsive to my concerns. The hotel was also centrally located, which made it accessible to everything. There was also a lot of restaurants close by, which prevented me from having to travel too far.Overall, Id recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Everyone at this hotel was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Staff did everything they could to accommodate me. The room was perfect for a business stay. The fitness center and pool were adequate. Would have liked some more food options close by though. And after a 10-mile run, and an AMAZING shower, I was very disturbed to wrap a towel around myself that smelled of mold. Made me feel like I needed another shower.

Negative: My room reservations got messed up and I ended up having to get checked out of my room and booking a room at another hotel a whole day early! Not cool!

At first glance the hotel is very nice, clean and beautiful but that’s the only things that was good. Our shower only had two temperatures, extremely hot or cold, no in between. We called multiple times about the issue because it’s impossible to enjoy a shower. They didn’t fix the issue and also the toilet has difficulties flushes but they didn’t fix that neither. Since we checked in house keeping hasn’t cleaned our room. I called about that and the man at the front desk asked me did we put a sign on the door saying do not disturb. If I did that would I waste my time calling to tell you they didn’t clean our room. I’m not sure if you have to tell house keeping to specifically clean your room but they come around in the morning and ask you if you need anything. Seems really lazy like they don’t want to do their job, no tip. I asked for a pillow and blanket and it took her TWO HOURS to bring it. The hotel doesn’t have spare microwaves and only have one by the front desk. The pool only goes to 3ft lmaoo and all the money spent for the room breakfast is not included. And the worst part is the internet connection for the TV is spotty so one minute Netflix would work and the next minute it wouldn’t.

Do not book this hotel! We stayed here for our anniversary. We booked this hotel because we saw where it had an indoor pool, bar, and complementary breakfast. When we got there and checked in, we realized that all of that was closed due to Covid 19 and we couldn’t cancel the room. Everything being closed because of Covid 19 is understandable however we did not know that upon booking the room and we still had to pay full price plus pay for breakfast in the morning. When we went to the front desk and asked if we could get any sort of discount since we booked this hotel for the pool bar and breakfast and none of that was available, the manager was VERY VERY RUDE. Also it says “free WiFi” but when logging on you are asked if you want to have free wifi or pay $10 for WiFi. If you select free the WiFi it slow and terrible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

Along with myself we had 8 or 9 rooms at your hotel and the service was just superb we were(SC) intown for a funeral and our stay made resting just outstanding, thanks to my nephew Devin James who resides and work at one of the schools there suggested your home and the employees were gracious and polite they made us satisfied thank you and your staff for such an experience and I will recommend to all. A home away from home! The friendly hospitable service there is remarkable. We love going to Courtyard Marriott because everyone there from the night service who light the fire pit if you ask to the bartenders to the maids all have such a caring and friendly attitude it makes the stay very enjoyable. My personal favorite is the actual courtyard where you can meet actors or businessmen sipping a drink and enjoying the warm fire pit!

Our stay at the Courtyard Atlanta Conyers was our first at this brand of hotel. We will be looking for their brand much more often! From the moment we walked through the entrance and out again the next morning we had the cleanest, friendliest experience. The beds were perfect, the bathroom was great, the service was amazing! The location was also great, right off the interstate. We cant wait to be able to come back through!

The hotel has a pool and internet. It is conveniently placed around restaurants as well as a Walmart. The staff there are all helpful and have the warmest personalities. Any request I asked of them was met with a smile and handled quickly. This is a great place for business or leisure. I would definitely come back for another stay.

We recently stayed at the Courtyard Marriott in Conyers and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a suite, which was the perfect size for our family of four. The room was clean and modern - the whole hotel is clean and modern! The staff was courteous and helpful. We also enjoyed the pool - although we were disappointed there is no hottub. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel only once, as there are a number of other restaurants around the hotel (walking distance to IHOP, which my kids love). However, the meals we did eat at the hotel were very nice. At dinner, my son was disappointed to hear they had run out of pizza. The server was quick to whip up a cheese flatbread that was just like a pizza which my son LOVED. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Very up to date amenities and staff was great. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was more spacious than home. Exercise room was clean and up to date and pool was clean and perfect temp.

The staff was courteous and provided a speedy check-in upon arrival. My family of four had plenty of space in the room during our stay. We will recommend others that are attending horse shows nearby to stay here in the future.

I just spent the night in a suite and I rented the meeting room. I was very pleased with the customer service. They were able to accommodate all of my needs, even my last minute request. Out room was neat and comfortable. I also ordered from the bar and my drink was tasty. I was a little underwhelmed with the menu options as far as lunch and dinner so we ordered out. Overall I would stay here again.
