He was very patient with their customer service to retrieve my information to retain my phone number. He also gave me a great deal on my new iPhone. Great person to work with. I am one to pay for good service. On a scale of 1 to 10 this place gets a zero. They still make you wait on your car for service and if your not waiting for an hour you got lucky. Find another authorized dealer. All the reviews can’t be wrong.

Wynton Was absolutely phenomenal. His customer service skills exceptional his patients in trying to navigate and understand that customers request is top notch. A young man that works at this particular store, I think his name is Winston? Or something close to that. He was extremely disrespectful to my elderly mother and overcharged her for an iPhone and she doesn’t even know how to operate it. After receiving the phone, I went into the store in person and met him, he was the one that sold her the phone. I let him know that she does not know how to work it, and he Interrupted me to say it doesn’t matter, and that’s not my problem. If you want a refund I can do that, but otherwise I don’t really care. Worst experience ever
