Gave all my information to get a gutter estimate but received a text from the sales guy that he was too busy to make the appointment we set for the next day. Expected him to come within a couple days but never heard back from him. Big waste of my time, I wouldnt give them a dime of my money.

I used Donny with Gutters Works 2 yrs ago & many times over the past years. I called the number 2 weeks ago; to request an estimate to replace storm damaged gutters in front. I also referred 4 other neighbors. Mailbox is full, so I completed the online form, but no response. After reading the bad responses, I realized Donny sold business 2 yrs ago, after my gutters were install. Makes sense, since this is not the type of non service, he would of provided.

I have been trying to contact your company for several months via phone and no one will answer, you cant leave a message the mailbox is full, and email address on the business card is not available anymore. Im not sure if you are out of business now but I did some research and found that Donny moved to Florida and there is a new owner that has health issues. I am not sure who I need to speak with about this warranty on my Mother in laws home.There is damage from the gutters leaking and that part of the house needs to be fixed. Please contact me ASAP so we can get this issue resolved.Thank you

Same experience as Michael’a review below. I have a damaged gutter under warranty but haven’t been able to get in contact with them. I’ll remove this review once my problem is resolved.

3/5/21 - Well, I was wrong!! Im changing the rating. Donnie promissed to fix the issue and he has not. Ive gotten the run around from the person he sold the business to and Ive also left multiple message for Donnie. Neither person has called me back. I reported it to Better Business Bureau and the case was closed as Unresolved. I finally had to call another gutter company to fix their poor installation.7/14/20 - I called Donnie after he responded to my review, and he fixed the issue. He had sold the business 2 years ago and moved to Florida. The new owner unfortunately has had personal health issues for the past few months and thats the reason why the new owner hadnt contacted me. Donnie promised to take care of the issue and hence Im changing the rating to 5, as he is genuinely providing good customer service.7/01/20 - They installed new gutters for me 2 years agao. They gauranteed the gutters with a 5 years warranty. One side is coming off already. I have contacted them multiple times, left messages, but no response from them yet.

We had our gutters removed and replaced and installed leaf guards. Donnie was very professional when he came out for an estimate. He explained the whole process and discussed his crew that would be on the job. The very polite, hard-working guys showed up on time and never stopped until the job was completed! Long, hot day for them and they were still smiling and thanking me as they left. The gutters look great and we are very pleased with the overall experience! I have already referred them to others, and will continue to do so.

This company did an amazing job on replacing the gutters on daughter’s home! The 2 men that completed the installation were polite, and professional! Highly recommend this company for your gutter needs!!

The gutters look fabulous it makes the house look complete now. The installation crew were professional, got the job done and cleaned up to perfection before they left. I was very impressed.

Installed gutters on our house and my parents as well. Was blistering hot on an August day but these guys didnt slow down one bit on installing our gutters. Highly recommend. Gave great pricing and explained everything.

A very professional and honest company. Competitive pricing with nothing hidden. Will and Navarda did my house in a few hours and did a very professional job. Donnie in the office was great as well. I submitted my request online the following day I got a call from Donnie, two days later they came out and gave me an estimate, the following week my gutters were installed.

Ive just moved into my home in Roswell and have had four trades here. Gutter Works was the only one who came, did their job as requested, and did not create any anxiety while doing it. I cannot say enough good things about Donny and his crew. I asked for a small tweak to the design of the gutters at the front of my home, and the guys cheerfully came up with a solution. Dont go anywhere else. These guys are the BEST!

Gutter Works installed our gutters today and they look great. It even rained a little while they were being installed and that did not stop them from completing the job. Shortly after they left the bottom fell out of the sky and we no longer had a river of water flowing off the roof. The price was good and they offer two discounts for a total 10% off. Cant beat that! I would use them again.

These are nice folks. I had them replace gutter and leaders along the back of my home (about 120 lf)They gave a fair price, showed up and did the job when expected. I would use this company again for any gutter needs!

I would like to say that this company is legit. I have a construction background so my context is with that in mind.First the person that came to give my estimate was on time and was very through when putting together the estimate. It was a small job but they offered to do this on the backend of some larger jobs in our area. I told them I was flexible and really appreciated that.The pricing was very fair in what they were going to do.They told me they would call me when they were in the area. The owner Donnie called me as they said they would to see if the timing worked for me. It didCarl installer that showed up and he was professional on every level, the workmanship as an A+I will be sharing this company with everyone on our Neighborhood news and would encourage you to use them for your gutter needs.

They just finished installing my gutters. Fast, professional, and at my budget, who could ask for anything more.
