Amazing work performed by JC and his crew at Detailed Designs AutoSpa. They made my new Porsche look better than it did leaving the dealer after a full PPF and Modesta Ceramic Coating install. There is not a flaw in any of the work they performed. This was the 2nd car that they have done the same work on and both were of the same level of perfection. I highly recommend using them for any car you own.

JCs shop is highly recommended in the Porsche community. His shop has now done ppf on three of my cars and did not disappoint. In addition he was super helpful before and after the job was done.A ppf install is something you want done by a pro, as it can look bad if the installer cuts corners. The standards here are the highest around. I would not hesitate to bring my next car here as well.

Thank you to JC and the DD team for picking up my brand new RS3 from the Audi Dealer in Duluth in their awesome trailer, detailing it to perfection and then PPFing it to OCD standards. I bought the car while in NY (from a Georgia dealer), traveled down after JC took care of it and drove it back to NY. The whole process was easy. JCs communication was spot on and our phone calls were very informative. He loves to chat away on everything and this is what showed me how passionate he was about what he does. I was lucky enough to stumble onto Detailed Designs website back in October when I was in the market to have my Jag detailed. Being the perfectionist I am I really thought it would be impossible to find someone that good for the right price. Jean-Claude fit that bill and some more! He does his work with passion and pride. He knows his stuff and hes damn good at it. He listens, understands needs and performs beyond expectations. I wasnt able to have him service my car until recently because of the lovely winter Atlanta experienced this year. I was glad I finally went for it this week. Jean Claude did a fantastic job with my brand new Lexus IS 350. I got a clear bra installed with C-Quartz finest and interior protection. Most importantly JC took the time to ensure I know how to care for the car to keep it looking ridiculously fantastic. He has great rates and absolutely THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE Ive ever had.I liked his work so much I asked him to prep and detail my old car for sale. While its no spring chicken (5 years old) Im amazed at what he did to bring out the paint, trim, wheels and interior. Superior all the way around. If youre even considering buying a new car, selling your old one or restoring your current one, you owe it to yourself to call him.I rarely rave this much about a service but Im confident youll be just as happy with Jean-Claudes work as I am.

Jean-Claude took great care with my new A6. We talked for a while about the car care, and cars in general. You can tell this guy loves what he does and has a great deal of personal pride in the job he does. Its hard to find such people now, and I am glad to have meet him.

Im more particular than the average car fanatic and a first time client of Detailed Designs Auto Spa. My first experience with them was great to say the least. I couldnt be happier with the full PPF install and love having the piece of mind that my matte paint is still like new underneath. Ill definitely be back with my next new car for the same treatment!

After the detailing and paint protection film installation, my Aston Martin Vantage looked so good that I actually felt guilty driving it - I just wanted to park it inside and admire the shine! This is not just any ordinary detail shop. Services arent cheap, but worth every single penny. I wouldnt let any one else touch my car in the Atlanta area. Jean-Claude is amazing. The way he cares for your car, and the time he spends making sure everything is done right is priceless. I have had both of my cars nano coated at his shop, and each time he spent almost an hour giving me tips and discussing detail techniques to keep the cars looking great. There is no price that you can put on having some one who is that passionate about cars take care of your vehicle. You can tell detailing is something he truly takes pride in and it shows in his work.

Jean-Claude is OCD when it comes to his work. He put a clear bra on my wifes new car. When he found a factory piece that didnt fit exactly right, he made a new one, because it had to be perfect.It can be hard to find businesses like this where there is such attention to detail and customer service that you could trust them with anything, and just know it will be done right.

I just want to say that Jean-Claude is awesome. I made the mistake of leaving a can of soda in my car on one of the nights the weather got below freezing. The next morning, I woke up to frozen soda all over the inside of my 1 year old car. Everything was covered in soda. The windows, leather seats, steering column was coated, driver door covered, ceiling liner had spots, it even made its way to the passenger backseat. Who knew a 8oz can of soda could make this big of a mess. I thought I could clean it myself, but the more I cleaned, the more I found. Thankfully, my boyfriend knew of Jean-Claude and gave him a call. Jean-Claude realized that my mess was time sensitive, with the temperature getting warmer and the frozen mess was starting to thaw. So he stopped what he was doing and came out to my place to clean the inside. After it was all said and done, my car looks like nothing ever happen. All thanks to Jean-Claude.

I special ordered a new 2015 MK7 GTI and wanted to make sure it was protected and looked the best it possibly could. Jean-Claude went out of his way to answer my questions, and setup a consult after I recieved the car. Great place for people who really love their cars. JC and his crew really know how to take your cars looks and protection to a whole new level.

Let me start out by saying that I am planning to show my car and did my due diligence on who I was going to hire to buff out some swirl marks and minor surface scratches and install the clear bra on my 2013 Shelby Cobra GT500 with black paint and white stripes. I personally met and interviewed several other guys in and around the Atlanta market who are the so called experts at installing clear bra’s on Porches, Lexus, Lambo’s and other exotic expensive cars. What I came to find out was they all service car dealerships as their main business and do what they call side jobs for guys like me.What I found out in talking to them was they were all busy servicing their cookie cutter dealership cars and would try and work me into their schedule after hours and things like that. What I also found to be most interesting when I asked them “how long will it take to do the front end of my car and the answer was always around 3 hours.” And to beat it all, all of them except Jean Claude from Detailed Designs recommended they just install clear bra in one solid piece over the white striping on the hood and bumper which would end up looking really bad in the areas where the white striping ends because there would end up being a gap where the clear bra overlays where the striping and paint join and would end up showing really bad due to the height differences of the stripes and paint.After doing my homework on who I was going to hire to do this job, I decided to take my car to Jean Claude at Detailed Designs. He is very professional and explained everything to me and told me that my car was not an easy job dealing with the stripes, emblems, front bumper, etc… and he knew up front that I was looking for a show quality finish. He had my car for a week and when I picked it up, I was amazed at how it looked and the job he did. One thing I learned is there are cheaper guys out there and will slap on the clear bra in a matter of hours but you will ultimately end up getting what you paid for. One of the most important things I liked about him is that he is a perfectionist (much like me) and will treat your car as if it was his own exotic show car and will not let it go out the door until it is done right.

Automatic car wash facilities and cheap/high-volume hand washers (including complimentary dealer service washes) do very, very bad things to your cars paint.This is not intentional, but it is most definitely a case of choosing practicality over proper exterior care practices. Why would any car enthusiast do that?They wouldnt. Most people, however, dont know how to spot the immediate damage created by improper detailing methods and dont realize that something is seriously wrong with their cars exteriors until the swirls reach a sufficiently compact density to deform spacetime and form tiny light-absorbing black holes on their paintjob, resulting in a surface duller than Lois Reitzes 9am broadcast (90.1 FM - if you care to compare).So, regardless of your babys conditions, take her to JC and let him do what he does best. New cars will be meticulously detailed and protected, not-so-new cars will come out looking better than you imagined they could. The entire process will be informative and youll learn things about the latest detailing solutions that will leave you wondering how its even possible for such product to exist. Very cool stuff indeed.Best part? JC puts job outcome and personalized care above earning potential. Hes discouraged customers from purchasing more expensive detailing package countless times, based on vehicles specific exterior conditions. If this is not one of the finest examples of transparency and honesty, I dont know what is.Thank you JC for your expertise, attention to detail, commendable work ethics and excellent communication skills. You, Sir, are the reason I get funny looks from Stealership Service Advisors when I ask them to be *absolutely certain* that my car will be exempt from their complimentary swirl-o-matic service.

Took My BRZ to Detailed Designs Auto Spa...I decided after much research (more research than I put into actually picking the car) to get it coated, but since I had little faith in my abilities thought it better to leave it to the professionals.During my research one name came up frequently for Atlanta detailers, Jean-Claude of Detailed Designs Auto Spa. His involvement in a few communities as well as YouTube videos of his work convinced me to trust him with my new car.When I picked up the BRZ it was covered in pollen (as much things are in Georgia in April) which was a great thing since it meant the dealer listened (I know right?).I dropped it off later that week with Jean-Claude for Opti-Coat. First thing I noticed (and he warned me about this on my phone call with him) was that it was about getting what I thought was worth getting done. He mentioned protective film and I backed away from that idea (as once again, this is merely the BRZ, not my, hopefully, eventual M3/C63AMG/etc) and he immediately agreed that if it didnt make sense for me to do it, no need to talk about it further. Which is always nice, I hate being sold things but love buying things if you get what I am saying. He explained the process, and was willing to discuss on how aftercare should go.When I picked it up, well, this is what I imagine new cars should look like. Sad too, if more people would hold dealers accountable for the damage they do to cars on their lots (or the damage shoppers do to dealer cars, saw a big door ding on a new silver BRZ there), perhaps dealers would hire professionals to properly prep/maintain the (usually) 2nd biggest investment someone makes.Im sure that this was a good investment already though. I havent done any wash so I cant personally speak for the protection/easier maintenance side of Opti-Coat yet, but it does look awesome.All in all, my experience with Detailed Designs Auto Spa was great, and hopefully after I get into and then out of graduate school I will be coming back with a car that is worthy of coating AND protective film.

Mid November I bought my 40 yr dream car, a Porsche 911 2005. Cosmetically good but it showed its age. I am definitely not rich, I just finally got a great deal on a used car I had wanted since I was in my teens.I dabbled in car detailing back in 07 when I bought a new car. I read all the detailing forums, bought all the toys and enjoyed it to the level I took it too. Doing it right is WORK. It can be a fun hobby for those with time or OCD... I enjoyed learning all about how to do all the different techniques, the proper chemicals etc etc. over time, I got lazy.When I finally was able to get this car I knew my knowledge/skills had faded and I knew I wanted this car to look really good...I couldnt afford a Jay Leno level restoration, but I wanted the car to look like this guy had finally realized a dream hed had since 18.So, off to research local detailers and some of the new techniques and sealants Id heard of. I wrote to several and got mostly ho hum replies. It seems my spiel sounded like a budget job to most and I got suggestions to do their basic packages. Their replies read like form letters. Thankfully, things went a little different with Detailed Designs.You see, it appears the owner, Jean-Claude, can actually READ and listen. He read me right away as a guy finally realizing a dream and frankly if hed been so inclined could have up-sold me on services far beyond what the car merited or needed.What he DID though was clearly lay out a very realistic/balanced proposal that met my hearts need to LOVE the car while still keeping me able to afford the non trivial car pmt!I ended up with simply stunning results - he illustrates a few highlights on his Facebook page.The point of this review is, if you are serious about wanting your vehicle taken to a level truly noticeably different from the wax/buffs you see being done in the detail bay of a car wash, you MUST get to a point of trust in the person/company youll pay the $$ to. Me? Ill pay realistic prices when I know Im getting real value for it.Jean-Claude (JC), the owner, will impress you with his knowledge and passion for doing it right. Equally important though is his integrity inrespecting your goals and your money. He talked me OUT of more services than he sold me on. You just dont see that in most businesses these days.Final example: Ever go to a quick oil change place and dread the guy walking in to tell you all this extra stuff you NEED? Well, you wont have that stress level here.The dialogue youll have here is all about what YOU want. Sure, when you look at the car with JC/team, they may discuss options up front but its educational NOT A hard sell. Very refreshing. Hmm it does say spa?When I saw the level of effort that went into the engine bay of this 2005 car, I half expected to see cucumber slices on the eyelids of the headlights. That Spa word was definitely apropos.I drove home affordable artwork! :-)Forgot to add: they spent a lot of time with me, after I paid, showing me how to MAINTAIN this look without having to kill myself with hours of work. I thought I knew how to do such things but they showed me far easier ways. Sorry for the long read but I was just so pleased I had to relate the experience..

JC at Detail Designs Auto Spa has been taking care of my families cars for over 5 years. They are very professional and honest.
