We were a walk-in from an appointment. I drove up to hear one of my favorite songs playing from the outdoor speakers. A plus. Walked in was greeted by Lewis, with such professionalism and friendly demeanor. I really thought he was tootin’ his own horn about the great haircut he would give my son. But I was willing to see “what he got”. Making clear nothing trendy and over the top. To say I was pleasantly surprised is an understatement. I really love my sons haircut and I love the respect Lewis has for his clients - even when in this case the client is 10 years old. I recommend Lewis. And the added bonus was one of my kids whom I love from my Sunday School class was in the shop getting his haircut, another plus, knowing someone I know patronizes this establishment. When you walk into a place blindly and don’t know what to expect you can only hope it will be an experience that brings you back because you liked the service. Update: I wrote this review while my son was getting his haircut, and I stand behind my review, however...and this is a major however, I was not prepared for the $30 cost that came at the end. $30 for a haircut is pretty steep, now granted Lewis cuts with precision and gives a great cut; but my husband doesn’t pay that much for a haircut, beard and mustache service and when I got home and told him the cost he was NOT pleased. He felt I had been “taken” and I did feel it was pricey. So...if you don’t mind paying out the butt for a haircut, this is your guy, otherwise you may want to think about spending $30 bucks for a haircut, especially for a 10 year old.

10/10 Would Recommend. Lewis was my barber and he gave me a clean cut in a timely manner. Followed COVID-19 Protocol and was very cool guy.

This shop is one of few that is following proper Covid-19 procedures. Mask are required, and your temperature is checked at the door. Shout out to Lewis and staff for keeping the customer first and safe.

Wait time is horrible without an appointment. Its better to plan in advance just to be ready, unless you know when the non busy days are. The location isnt hard to find. There are plenty of restaurants around the area, a Walmart supercenter, shopping locations, and a movie theater.

Vernon is a great barber, hes super relaxed and you can tell he know, he knows what hes doing. The shop is super clean and family friendly which is a major plus.They have a pool table, chess boards and other games kids can enjoy with each other while waiting.The place is unpretentious and reasonably priced, but the haircut is administered carefully with my barber Verrnon constantly checking in with me to make sure my cut turn out the way i want it to.Youre in, youre out, you look like a million bucks without having to have shelled out a million bucks.

I had the best experience with my master barber Vern, he did an amazing job. The space supports the community by offering tutoring and selling the amazing artwork by local artists. If you stay long enough you may hear a rap battle

I love this barbershop!!!! My son James gets his hair cut by Khalid who is the best. He takes his time and is always there to help me and my son with the perfect cut. (I am from NY so I am funny about who is cutting my sons hair lol ) My grandson also gets his hair cut there by Lewis and believe my grandson does not like to have his hair cut at 3 years old. Lewis takes his time with him and he now sits in the chair by his self to get his hair cut. :) He is the best with him. They are more than just a barbershop they are family and a great place for the community. Come check them out you will not be disappointed.

This shop is at a great location, plus a good environment and atmosphere. Excellent customer service. You can tell that the owner is passionate about his craft. I also purchased some hair products while I was here and he thoroughly explained to me how to use it to achieve maximum efficiency. I went in as a walk-in and as soon as I walked in everyone was nice and greeted me. They got me in a seat quick. I had Andy as my barber and let me tell you he did a great job on the skin fade I asked for. He took his time and made sure it looked as good as he could make it look. He didn’t rush through the haircut and made sure everything was to his and my liking. The hair cut looks great and I will definitely be back. The shop is full of good vibes and can tell that everyone in there is like a family. There’s some great folks that work there and I would recommend the barber shop to anyone. Im in the process of relocation to the Atlanta metro region, and I needed a good barber. I was concerned about finding a good barber in the area since it took a while for me to find a good barber in the the metro D.C. area. But, I have to say I had an amazing haircut yesterday! Hudson was a fantastic professional and took good care of my hair. He was extremely detailed and took care of even the little things my former barber missed. I really appreciated the good conversation, the positive atmosphere and that close family neighborhood feel in the barbershop. I was welcomed as if I had been a patron of many years. This is a truly community minded business.

I took my 2 year-old son to Flawless Cuts for his first hair cut. The staff greeted us warmly, and made my son feel incredibly comfortable. They turned what could have been a nerve-wrecking experience into an absolutely enjoyable one. The barber made sure to clean all of his equipment in front of us, and talked my little one through the entire process. Because of the barbers approach, my son was very responsive and relaxed. Ill definitely use him for all future cuts!

Horrible Customer Service never coming back here again barber tried to charge me 100$ for a haircut trying to be funny about it the unprofessionalism he showed you can really tell he doesn’t know how to cut hair showed no versatility when asked if he can cut hair with scissors since he only cuts a certain kind of hair spending my 100$ he doesn’t have somewhere else keep cutting hair for a living buddy..

Great service, got my haircut yesterday and it was flawless. My barber was Lewis and he was really dedicated in his profession. My brother and my hairline was clean and sharp and my fade was perfect. There is also free tutoring and a place for kids to play. It’s an all round barber shop that truly delivers the best cuts.

I just called and made an appointment for Monday. The customer service is superb!! I am in a wheelchair and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely accommodating. I had some feelings about the decision I made regarding my hair, but all that anxiety is no more!! I’ll let you know about my experience after the big chop!!!

Never again will I return to this location ! Horrible customer service and the barber at front entrance (Lewis) doesn’t even know when his employees will clock in, as soon as I walk in he’s rude and tells me “if I have the barber number call them myself “and gets very personal and tells me “I don’t want to talk to you right now” . Not only that, I got my haircut here and simply ask for a line-up and they have me out here with a whole helmet on and pushed my hairline all the way back. Not only THAT I asked for a refund and yet received it. I will NOT be returning or recommending anyone to this location and If you’re gonna be horrible at cutting at least be humble and horrible.God bless anyone that goes here.

This babershop is not a good baber shop the barber there pushed my hair line back 4cm and my forhed is poking all the way out. he cut all my corners of and gave me a uneven line up. because im a minor he took advantage of me and scammed me out of 5 dollars. i asked him how much was a temp fade he replied back how much do you have. i said 20 dollars he said then its 20 dollars and gave me a bad haircut i highly do not recommend this baber shop i am a real person if you dont believe me you can go to my instagram @1swerv0.tj

I see a lot of raving reviews but unfortunately I didn’t get that experience. Some young dude cut my hair not sure what his name was. But he didn’t do a good job at all. I am not hard to please but it’s embarrassing when other people tell you that your haircut it not what it should be. I also felt like I over paid for a basic bad haircut.

By far the worse haircut Ive had the barber Derrick cut against the grain cutting all my waves out didnt completely groom my beard and gashed me in the back. Ive been to at least five different shops looking for me a good barber and by far this was the worse one. I seen the other barbers do pretty good jobs on other customers but my experience was terrible. Wont say dont go to the shop but dont let Derrick cut your hair.

Opens early which I love. I was a walk-in bc I am always traveling. Soon as I walked in I told the first guy I seen Im a walk-in just need a cut, he immediately said that guy will take care of you now. That guy was Clifford Oneil. He took his time and asked every step what would I like to do and the outcome was lit(todays terminology). Great vibes within barbershop. Spoke about life, politics, cooking etc while there. Spacious too, basically has full game room. Definitely recommend.

I should have learned my lesson from prior experience however I THOUGHT so called barber Curt would do my boys cuts right since Id spoken with hin on previous occasions. I also should have followed my first mind and left because he looked like he had an entire attitude AND bad day when we came in. $30 for my 14 and 12 year old lil men and he left hair on my sons fade in back and took the left side of his front tape WAAAYYYYYYYYY back to Alpharetta!!! I Googled barber shops within my area and read many of their reviews However I was really impressed with the Flawless cuts barber shops reviews I just had to check it out on Wed December 19th at 9am.I walked in and professional barber Mr. G OR GREGORY was vacant. I introduced myself he did as well while asking me what I was looking for in a cut. I showed him a picture and G proceeded to work on the cut. I watched him carefully but I became comfortable because I noticed right off he was very articulate and precise in his skills. So we carried on conversation about different subjects 40-45 minutes later I was completed, he trimmed up the mustach and gotee as well.Im very picky about my cuts... However I must give G a 10+. Gregory gave me the best barber cut Ive ever seen in quite sometime. I was very excited and impressed with the team at flawless cuts and especially Mr. G. I have become very disappointed with this place and the customer service that they render. I have stayed away from this place because the barber who cuts my hair will tell me to call before I come. Whenever I arrive he is in the process of cutting someones hair (which is not a problem), however, when he is completed with that customers hair, he will go and have a whole 30 - 45 minute conversation with someone. And will act as though my time is not important. This has happened to me twice, the last time he did it I got up and left to go to another barbershop.
