I would like to recognize an employee of yours that went above and beyond. Let me set the stage for an issue that I had with a creditor that is in my bankruptcy plan. I returned a call from that specific creditor and became extremely upset. They were trying to subpoena me for my account. I quickly called Ashley at Clark and Washington and gave her the information about a creditor attempting to take me to court. Ashley called the creditor while I was on the phone and received an immediate resolution. Job well done, Ashley and the cw team.

Very ! Very rude. I got hung up on twice while talking, from gust and Jacob i think is the other name ( something with a j) i had a question and i asked if they could help. Instead of letting me know i called the wrong lawyer as far as what they handle... they hung up. And didn’t seem too engaged to speak with me before i asked my question! Piss poor job at customer service!

They are pure professionals,I was walked through every step with patience.they made sure I understood everything!
