Honest, straightforward people that want your repeat business so they dont take advantage of you. You need to make appointments, so call ahead. Other mechanics said I needed tires and struts and shocks. I didnt need any of these. I am glad I found McCarts. Sooo tired of getting ripped off from Big Business, so support Local businesses!

I took my wifes high mileage car in for service, only to find out that I would wasting money trying to fix it up. Other mechanics never told me the extent of the problems. My Buick Regal needed basically a new motor . Kelly, Wendell and the entire McCarts team were wonderful. I spoke to Wendell first . He walked me through everything and helped diagnose problem. He outlined everything that was going to be needed. Provided and estimate and time frame for getting repairs done. Once we agreed to repairs, they got to it and did everything they were supposed to do. They called when car was ready. It was delivered on time and within budget. I picked car up and Kelly and Wendell made sure everything was right before I left facility. It has been running like it was brand new. Really happy with work and professionalism of McCarts Auto Center and team. I highly recommend this repair facility.

This place is amazing Mr. Wilson is the best they got my caddilac in and out . They use nothing but the original parts and there price was very fair. I never met Kelley but he has a great service manager thanks again will be back soon.

I brought my Nissan 2013 Rogue to have a CV boot replaced and they did it on the time frame that they promised so you cant go wrong with that and it is running great and I cant complain I would like to give my thanks to the grill master.

This is by far the best shop that Ive found in Conyers. The price was great and the work was completed sooner than I expected. I couldnt be happier with my experience at McCarts. Also, all of the employees were very polite and friendly. Customer service and honesty are definitely high priorities at McCarts.

I chose mccarts pro auto for evaluation and repair of my car for a cross country trip and I must say I could not be happier. I had no history with them and chose them based on reviews I read and they were spot on. I was out of town and needed someone i could trust that was responsive. Wendell the service manager is a true professional. I got a full report which he explained in detail and helped me understand and prioritize what needed to get done and could do it all in shop.I highly recommend them.

The guys at this shop are so nice and explained everything so well! I’ve got a POS car and wasn’t sure if it would make it from Conyers to Savannah but these guys made sure it did (and thanks to them I had 0 problems)! I didn’t want to dump too much money into it and they made sure i didn’t but was still able to drive so 10/10 would recommend going to them if you have any car issues!

They are fantastic, I don’t even live in Conyers and I had my vehicle broke down at my job around there, and I had it towed to them, it was a simple repair on my vehicle but afterword getting towed in me attempting to repair it myself they didn’t charge me anything and didn’t even charge me and diagnostic fee, which I think is fantastic and is a testament to there a 5.0 rating.In the future I will come here for all of my Automotive repairs taken care of by them and also refer her all of my friends and family to them as well

My car broke down on a Sunday night on I-20 in Conyers Ga an hour and a half from my home. I needed it towed to a reputable repair shop. I knew nothing about repair shops in Conyers. Desperate I looked on the internet and found McCarts Pro Auto. The reviews were excellent. I hoped they were true. McCarts is PROFESSIONAL. The owner was compassionate, understanding and understood my concerns about trusting him and his team. He expertly advised me of the steps and estimates it would cost to diagnose the problem. He kept me informed and described in detail the problems I faced. The engine was toast. I asked if it was okay to retrieve the car in a couple of days and advised me that was fine. He also said the actual cost was a third less than estimated. I highly recommend McCarts Pro Auto to anyone in the Conyers area or find themselves broke down on I-20 in the Conyers Area. Thanks team for being trustworthy professional customer service providers!

I love Kelly McCart. Kelly has taken care of my vehicles for years. As a widow, I worry about being taken advantage of or over charged. No need for concern with Mc Carts because Kelly has always been very fair in his repair prices and prompt in his turn around times. He goes the extra mile to make sure my vehicle is properly repaired. Today when I went in for an oil change, they even checked my spare (which is hidden beneath my car) and found out it was flat. Of course they added the necessary air. Just an example of their exemplary work ethic. I cannot rate them high enough.
