I had a system for twenty years from another company that never gave me any problems. I was preparing for retirement so I got a new system from this company so I would not have future problems. All I have had since it was installed is problems, as soon as it was installed almost. Now it leaks thru my ceiling and can damage my home. I am also frustrated with customer service. I go away feeling I am the problem and not this system. I am 72 years old and I feel that this company has taken advantage of a senior citizen. Beware before you deal with this company.

I recently bought a home and my thermostat went out. I called a company that sent a rep out that took apart pieces of my furnace and left it, basically lied to me, advising that I needed to replace my furnace and thermostat. I called Omega after seeing an ad. Over the phone, they promised me expert service and quality of work. The rep that came out today did more than deliver. As well as he saved me from spending over $3000 unnecessarily. Ill never use another HVAC Company as long as I live in this area. They definitely gained a long time customer.

Omega gave me the lowest quote on two new HVAC units, a 3 ton and 2 ton Bryant 14 SEER rating. Installation was one day and the crew with Alvin leading the way knew what they were doing. Jason, the tech who finally got me to pull the trigger on the purchase did a good job making me feel comfortable with my decisions. I feel that I definitely got a good price and good service.

Omega Heating & Air is the Gold Standard that all HVAC Companies should adhere to! To be clear, I have 12 years of experience in industrial HVAC maintenance along with a Universal EPA Certification in Refrigerant handling procedures. I know what Im talking about! I did my homework and had multiple estimates from large to small companies for replacement of two full HVAC systems. The labor charges are the largest difference usually seen in an estimate and Omega Heating & Air was extremely reasonable in their labor cost. Easily a third or even half the cost of multiple competitors without any loss in quality of equipment or installation. The Salesman/Estimator arrived as scheduled and was very personable, friendly, knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured in any way. The installation crew were on time, very friendly and amazingly efficient! The crew of only three men in about 8 hours removed two complete heating and air systems, installed two complete systems, tested and verified proper operation and cleaned up so well, you would have thought no one had been there! Our 23year old air conditioner system stopped working Labor Day weekend...... the hottest days of 2019 (we expected it would not last through the summer). We contacted several companies to get quotes for a new system. Several of the quotes were extremely high. Then we contacted Omega. Omega was recommended to me by a co-worker . Jason Erwin with Omega came out the very next day. Jason thoroughly inspected our system and gave us options for a replacement. The quote was $3500 less than the competitor and included some great bonuses . So we went with Omega. A few days later, Lucan and his crew showed up to complete the installation. Very professional installers. They installed the HVAC system in a couple of hours, cleaned up and gave us a tutorial on the new thermostat. I must say the air conditioner is working extremely well. I am very pleased with their professionalism and service. I would definitely recommend this company.

Five stars. I rarely post but had an extraordinary experience. Adding my voice to the chorus of very satisfied customers. I obtained a quote from a major contractor to replace one of our home’s AC units. The price was very high but I justified that I needed a credible company so was stuck. But I decided to keep looking. Tripped over Omega online and saw that they had many recent, positive reviews. The price was easily 1/3 less, and enabled us to also replace the furnace and upgrade our system. The process was excellent. Jason the sales guy was very responsive and easy to work with. The installation was also great. Lastly, one of the two thermostats ended up being defective. The installation manager himself came out to replace it a day or two after I called. Omega is definitely my go-to HVAC contractor now.

On Jan. 2nd I called Omega Heating & Air to re-ignite my furnace pilots. The serviceman Jerrell was very helpful, knowledgeable in his craft and went beyond the call of duty to explain further repairs/replacements that will be needed going forward. I then received a call from Mr. Alfred stating his concerns about the furnace and he would be sending Jason (another serviceman) to give me an estimate on the replacement. In speaking with Jason on Jan 4th he was very professional and knowledgeable as well. Because of the level of service I received I will have no problem referring them to anyone in need of HVAC services!

Great company! Great service! Our upstairs unit quit working and we had American Home Shield for our warranty company. Keith Ross did such a good job with photos and write up that they didnt even require a second opinion. They answer their phones and get the job done. I highly recommend them!

We had an HVAC system that was over 20 years old & it finally died. I contacted numerous HVAC companies to come to our home to provide an estimate. I was pleasingly surprised that they serviced Cobb County. I knew of their reputation in Newton County. Their rate was almost half of another companys. Jason was a great representative before and after the sale. Oneal and Alvin were professional technicians that answered and explained all of my concerns.

Ive never experienced a truly honest, caring, and so outstanding company, since Ive been a Homeowner(5-years). I did about 5 A/C repair estimates from some very well known companies to the littlest known, and even a few off the street quotes(Would never advise anyone to do that, especially for a Major home repair). Out of all my estimates, Jason from Omega Heating and Air was the only A/C place that was the most knowledgeable, informative, persistent, and cared enough to check in with me on journey to get my A/C fixed. I was very discouraging to me that no other company would call back after I was Rejected for their financing plans. I felt as if I was thrown into the trash bin because I couldnt qualify for their preferred financing. But Jason, a Wonderful Representative from Omega, he did keep communications with me. Not just to check on my decision, but to also inform me with the facts about a lot of these many A/C companies. Sure, I did not get approved for financing with Omega at 1st, but I was so Overjoyed that Jason did not give up on helping me and my family have a cool Summer. I did a lot of research before I decided to give Omega a chance. Bryant furnaces have a very good reputation. Unfortunately, by reading reviews on different sites it appears Omega does not. Despite the reviews I had Jason, a sales rep with the company come out and give me an estimate. This estimate was much lower then other companies quoted. Jason was very professional and answered all my questions. I still had concerns, so I called and spoke with the service manager, CJ, to address them. CJ assured me that he would send his best crew and would follow up with me to address any problems. This was on October 3, 2017.I had a high efficiency 70KBtu furnace installed on the 9th of October. The crew was on time and professional. They tested the unit and told me it worked correctly. At this point I was thinking I made a great decision to trust Omega. Then the problems began. The outside temperature was still rather warm so I was running the AC. The next evening when I came home from work the fan was running much louder then it had been before the furnace was installed. The next afternoon, 11 OCT, an Omega tech came out to do a Quality check. He told me that the loud fan noise was normal for a high efficiency unit and that the system was working properly. The next day on 12 OCT my AC stopped working entirely. I immediately called Omega but was told no one could come out because it was after hours and that someone would call me the nest morning. No one called! After calling numerous times I finally got CJ on the phone the next day. He told me that loud fan noise was not normal and that he would send someone out find out why the AC stopped working. I ended up taking the day off from work. The tech came out and after a 20 minute inspection he informed me that my compressor had gone bad and that I would need a brand new AC unit! I was irate!! He told me that there was no connection between the installation of my furnace and my AC unit going bad. I do not believe in coincidences in this type of situation. I told the tech he needed to have CJ and/or the owner give me a call because this was unacceptable. To this day I have not received a call.The next day (after taking another day off work) I had another company, Nail Heating and Air, come out to give me another opinion. After 30 minutes of diagnosing my system the tech told me I had a burned out contactor. This was a $147.00 part (see pictures). Once he replaced this my unit worked fine. He also adjusted my dip switches on the furnace and the loud fan noise went away. The tech could not tell me if the contactor was deliberately sabotaged or not. I still do not know if Omegas attempt to have me purchase a completely new AC unit was dishonesty or incompetence. The Bryant furnace seems to be working fine. I still have a 2 year service warranty with Omega which I hope I will never have to use.

To say I was pleased with Omega would be a gross understatement. Used them last summer / new A/C install . Very happy with the results, so when I had an issue with my furnace, i didnt hesitate to give them a call for help. And again I was not disappointed / new furnace install . Today I had the good will of having Ben W. as the tech assigned to our home. He was very nice and informative on how to understand the thermostat system better. He also checked our unit in the attic and explained the importance of changing the filters and how often it should be done. I know this seems very basic to most people, but it meant a lot to me.

I needed to replace my HVAC system in my home. So I received 3 quotes from 3 different local HVAC companies. Omega offered superior equipment and came in with the best price. They were able to get it done right away. The installers were very knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. Jason the salesman was awesome, he even came back after install to do a final inspection and confirm that I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Omega for all your HVAC needs.

I would not suggest them for service. They let me down from technician to administration. If I could I would give them zero star. It been little over one month since my unit stop working. I had two a/c repair men come down to check the unit. Both stated that the fan motor is done and I need to replace it. I call Omega Heating and air to change out the fan. First technician (Larry), say it was not the fan, it was a dirty coil. Pay him his service fee and he got the until to work for about two weeks. Then it happen again, call Omega and this time I got to talk to Sale manager ( Joseph). He was that he is sorry for what happen and that he will take care of it. All I had to do was call back in the morning to schedule someone to come fix the problem. When I schedule the appointment, the lady say that I will get charge another service fee for them to come down and look at it. I was frustrated at this point, I told Larry what the issue was, but he did not listen and told me something else. I agree to the fee, but it would be about a week and half until a tech would be available. When the second tech came down, he stated the same thing, it not the fan. I had to pay the service fee and the next day my unit stop working again. At this point I pay for to service fee and a clean fee. I call back the next day, a once again I got to talk to Joseph. He repeat the same thing as the first time. At Omega Heating and Air, your job is not over just because your service is complete. We remain committed after the sale with some of the strongest no-cost warranties in the industry! Stay away from Omega Heating and air!

Reliable, Dependable and Quality Service Experience .My furnace went out on 1/6/18 and I called my sister in Stone Mountain who had use Omega Heating and Air recently for her A/c unit. She highly recommemded them on the great service and superior job they performed and suggested I call them. I have mixed opinions on this company. I think from a service perspective, they do a fine job. They present as a professional, knowledgeable organization with a pretty fast turn around for an appointment.But that is where I feel the experience changes. They installed both Condenser and Evaporator coils for me. The Installation techs shows up 2 hours late. Never stopped being on personal phone calls. Failed to install components as per GA Code - although still attempted to charge me. Failed to recover the Freon (EPA Violation) from my system. After weeks of discussions with them, they did reduce the cost although did not offer to compensate for the damage to my storm door-which they caused...nor did they offer to install the missing components as per the invoice.So..for a regular service call...I would recommend...but for installation..I would not.So the question is this, why waste your time with a company that has poor installer business practices?I wish I could have given a 5 star review but due to the conclusion of my experience, I am forced to say....I would not recommend this company to a friend/neighbor.

One of my A/C units was in desperate need of replacing, I did some shopping around and out of four different companies Omega Heating and Air hands down gave me the best estimate by far. The same day I called, Jason was at my home with multiple estimates on the many units they offer. The 0% financing plus the 5 year labor warranty on top of the 10 year manufactures parts warranty was to good to say no that I went with the more efficient model . Set my install date and the install crew got here early and did a complete swap and upgrade on my old system in half a day. They did such a GREAT JOB and the whole experience was so easy that two weeks later the wife and I decided to just go ahead and replace and upgrade our second system. Now with this Georgia heat kicking in I know my home and family will be coolin ;). Thanks to the team @ Omega Heating & Air ..

WORST COMPANY I EVER DEAL WITH IT. After $203,00 spent, 3 main parts burned and 10 days later, and from just Heating problem to also Air conditioner problem that didn’t exist prior, I still don’t have my unit running. PLEASE READ THIS “STATEMENT” prior to hire them.Joseph the owner came over 11.08.2018 and gave me a $25 discount service cost which I PAID. The tech Larry came over 11.09.2018 4:34pm left 5.22pm, check my new thermostat, and not long after that I detected that my transformer was burned. When I inquired about it, he attempted to charge me $285 for a new transformer that costs $19.85 at Fox Appliance. After I went to buy the new part, I called them to schedule a day to switch the Transformers, they scheduled me for 11.13.2018, 5 days after from my call, finally almost dark, and another service fee of $59, the new tech Preston changed the transformer, and began checking the system, he went in and out of the house about 6 to 8 times, when he finally informs me that my circuit board had burned and that I need to get another one. I didn’t even ask their price this time, because I knew it’d be better to just get a new one at Fox Appliance. Next day, 11.14.2018, I had already bought the circuit board for $98, so I called them and they said that there wasn’t a technician available. Because I was having guests that evening, I was finally able to convince them to send a tech that day. Again it was a new one, he was called Keith and showed up at 5pm, charged me a new service fee $59 and start working in the unit, suddenly I heard a loud noise, he came in saying the fan had burned off...I started laughing...Because now it was going way too far. Well, I assured him, neither my circuit board, nor my fan were burned before they started to messing with it. At that point, I was so stressed, and he still tells to not worry as the unit was under warranty and he would be able to get a new fan from Goodman, but I would need to change the wiring from the power panels to the unit with a thicker wire and a higher AMP breaker. That would cost $475 for the service; I informed them that I couldn’t afford that, but I have a certified electrician that could do this service for me, so on Friday evening 1,1.16.2018, I had the new wire installed by him. Next day, 11.17.2018, I called Omega back, informing them that the wire was in place, as their tech Keith had instructed me, and that they could come back to finish their work now, for that we had agreed on another service fee of $219. However, Joseph, the owner, informed me that he didn’t have the schedule in hands but assured me that he would make sure Keith would be present in my house on Monday, 11.19.2018, during the morning or afternoon to have the unit back running, but at the same time asked me to call and confirm Monday morning. Monday morning, I called them back and spoke with the assistant, she scheduled me for the afternoon, 1pm to 4pm. Even though that was already not in the time frame which was promised to me, I simply wanted to get my heater working and fixed. About 30 minutes later, another assistant, “Christy”, called me, saying that it would not be possible to maintain my appointment today, because Keith was sick. Because of this, they could only show up on, Wednesday 11.21.2018, and besides the agreed fee of $219, there would be an extra charge of $135 for the wiring. I told her that I ran out of patience with her company, and that this was unacceptable! They practically burned out my entire unit and still keep trying to charge me more and more money to fix the problem that they had created. Even though I kept hearing Joseph in the back of the line telling Christi to hang up on me, he still came to the phone and told me to wait 30 min, because he would be able to call me back. I waited until it was almost 12pm, well over an two hours since his original 30 minutes, to call them back and inform them of my aggravation with their company and that I will no longer want them working on my house. Still they will not have mention an apology and just hang up the phone. WOW

Omega Heating and Air is a terrible company.They have come out to our property to fix our unit (replace the compressor)FOUR times and have still not fixed it. I am not waiting to make another appointment for this weekend. Every time a different person shows up who has no prior knowledge of the issues they discovered the last appointment, then leave saying they need to order a new part. This has happened three times, that is way to many.They will NEVER return your call. If they say they will call you, they will not. You have to call them to get anything done.Update: After 4 appointments one of the supervisors, Joseph, was able to come out and fix our unit in a few hours. He was very responsive and knowledgeable of the unit and its problem. I still do not recommend this company.

Thanks to the hard work that the technicians at Omega Heating and air did, our home is SO SO comfortable!! Jason came out to inspect our crawlspace and outside unit. He was very kind and professional. He even removed his shoes when he came inside to inspect the thermostat. The technicians were professional and respectful. They too removed their shoes when the came inside to replace the thermostat. Thank you to the team at Omega Heating and Air for all of your hard work and daily endurance to keep our homes cool in the summer and warm in the winter!

This is not looking good. My window was from 11-3. It is already 5:28. The technician is definitely working hard to fix the issue. He is most diligent. We may have to do a follow-up but he is definitely working hard.

Omega did a great job! The Installers were very professional and polite! They worked very hard and system is working great. Jason my sales guy is a good guy and very polite and worked with me at getting the right system at the right price! Only small complaint is the installer said he didnt know how to set the thermostat up for programming for me. Dont hold that against them, its not that hard to do.

Good experience with this company. Salesmen Jason was a great help, with explaining my problem with my heating system, and what was needed. Installers came out, did a prompt job of installing new heating system. Jason did contact me with follow up to ensure everything was completed satisfactory.

I must say this Company is A number 1 in my book! I recently had to purchase two AC units, It was difficult to find anything to fit my budget. After searching the internet and calling around, I found Omega Heating and Air. I called, and the customer service was top notch, they were helpful and friendly and willing to work with me. The service and install was plus 2, (above and beyond) what other companies, that I have been affiliated with have done. And, even after I had the install, I called back for further assistance with information regarding rebates, and the CS was beyond my expectations. Dealing with Omega Heating & Air, Inc. has been such a nightmare and I will NEVER use this company again. My husband I have been working for nearly two months to get resolution to a problem we are having with a unit they installed. The first Technician Omega sent to our home glanced at the unit with a cellphone flashlight and immediately tried to sell us a new furnace without even looking at the furnace. The second technician they sent said he had never seen the problem before and didn’t believe there was a problem with the unit and suggested that we pay Omega to clean our ducts. The third technician they sent said he had never seen the problem before but didn’t believe it was a problem with the unit and suggested we purchase an infrared light to install on the furnace. We had the ducts cleaned by a different vendor, purchased the infared light, purchased two new carbon monoxide detectors, purchased two air purifiers and had four other A/C companies to inspect the furnace and ac unit. Each of the a/c companies, collectively, said the furnace is NOT the problem and that they believe there is a faulty coil on the new unit which is causing white flakes to blow through our vents. We even contracted one of the other a/c companies to replace the furnace. The new company made the appointment, the Owner came to inspect the unit himself and said it would be easy to sell us a new furnace but they had to let us know that the furnace is NOT the problem and we would be wasting our money.Since our a/c unit is under “warranty” for 10 years, we reached out to the manufacturer several times who told us we must place the claim through Omega who at this time has decided to stop taking our calls. The Manufacturer also told us to contact another vendor from their vendor list to repair the unit but the other companies from the list would not honor the warranty since they didn’t install the unit. We have left messages for about two weeks trying to reach Joseph but he is never available and never returns our calls. We also found out that our unit was not registered with the manufacturer by Omega and Omega didn’t tell us to register it directly which resulted in warranty coverage period being reduced by 5 years on a 10 year warranty. If we had not contact them for assistance and resolution with our faulty system we would not have known. The Warranty information also was not listed on the receipt.We have had to move out of our bedroom into another part of our home so that we are not breathing the potentially toxic flakes that are coming from the a/c unit. After getting the run around for these two months AND still sleeping in a different bedroom in our home, I was finally able to speak to Joseph. He said he set up an appointment with the manufacturer of the a/c unit and that he would call me back to schedule the appointment. He of course, did not. Fortunately, we have kept the receipts and written statements from the other a/c companies and vendors we have used to try to resolve this issue and have no other option but to seek legal counsel going forward for resolution. Save yourself some trouble and just don’t use this company!

We are extremely satisfied with the repairs that were performed by omega heating and air, they called in advance prior to their arrival to performed the necessary repairs. The technician that performed the repairs was very efficient and thorough in making those repairs to our satisfaction and we will call them again for any future ac needs.

Loved working with Jason. Crew was out the next business day installing our unit. This is our second time using Omega (we have two floors and both died on different years) would definitely use again.

I had Chrissy call me and schedule and appt for my heat not working last Saturday 11-16-19. She scheduled an appt 10-2pm and stated someone will reach out 30 minutes before an appt. Nobody ever called or showed up to the appt. Very unprofessional.

Omega installed my zoning system. Ever since, its been one horrible experience after another. Try everything to charge me to fix the poor job that was originally performed. True definition of a scam. Maybe the one star can go to the salesperson who did a great job in making me believe my money would be well spent.

I would not suggest them for service. They let me down from technician to administration. My home warranty company dispatched them on a repair. Left my unit worse than when they arrived, unassembled. They turned in a disingenuous list of parts that needed to be replaced. I could not get anyone in a supervisory role to call me back. Filed a complaint with the home warranty company and was refunded my deductible.I had another provider repair my system.Please do not use them. Do your research first. The other reviews here should serve as a warning to steer clear of this company.

We have been Omega Heating and Air customers for 5 years thru their maintenance agreement. They have always been reasonable and their service has always been prompt. Our furnace finally broke down to the point of not fixing (22 plus years old). A supervisor and CJ (salesman) worked with us to get a good deal on a new one. The installers came the next day in the morning and put a new one in and its been working like a charm. Thanks!

I shopped around for a new A/C and furnace unit. We decided to go with Omega Heating and Air. What a great experience we had! The salesperson took his time going over our needs and the warranty. Our unit was put in by very knowledgeable technicians in one day. After that the salesperson reached out to us again to come out and show us how to use our new thermostat and all of its Many features! Even has Bluetooth capabilities! We could not be more pleased with the whole experience and the Omega employees were always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. So glad we went with Omega Heating and AIr.We have now chosen Omega Heating & Air a second time for our upstairs. Once again they were very knowledgeable and performed a perfect installation. There was no mess nor cleanup. We are very satisfied with this second unit done in February of this year. Thank you Omega Heating &Air and salesperson, Jason. Only giving 1 star because I had no choice if I wanted to post. My experience with this company has been THE ABSOLUTE WORST. I have read and agree with the reviews that cite everything that company did to me: poor customer service, apparently incompetent technicians, poor communication, and lies and misinformation from technicians to the CEO, Mr. Joseph Alfred. 1) technicians failed to show or even call me on my install date, so I have to call and inquire; 2) second scheduled install date and the technicians arrive 2 hours later than promised and spend the entire at my home and the unit still did not work. They finally called for assistance and got the unit working; 3) my brand new unit stopped working 5 days later and I called to report such and had to wait hours to get a call back; 4) tech showed up hours later and told me my compressor was no good--in a NEW UNIT??-- and they would have to order the part; 5) next day, I speak with Mr. Alfred and show up at the business to clarify that I did not want to replace the compressor on something I just bought and would like a replacement, Mr. Alfred assured me he would email the company that day and copy me on the email as I had grown weary of their customer service. To this day, I have never received those emails; 6) Mr. Alfred states he would replace my unit only to turn around 24 hours later to tell me he couldnt do so--why make assurances to the customer that you cannot keep? Especially as CEO; 7) I was told by Mr. Alfred that a start kit would be installed instead due to way my unit was installed. I vehemently refuse this and request a new unit . My pleas go ignored; 8) the unit --with start kit installed-- STOPS WORKING days later and I have to wait for hours again for a tech to show and tell me the entire unit has to be replaced; 9) finally, the light bulb goes off and they replace my unit; 10) Mr. Alfred calls to follow up and I discuss my displeasure with their service as well as the money lost on days I missed work to wait for them as well as the numerous times I had to leave my home due to high heat temps and a non-working that I paid for. Mr. Alfred promised to do something, hinting at some type of reimbursement once he spoke with his area manager upon returning from vacation the next week. I reach out a week later because he certainly had not called me and was put off again. I have reached out only to be ignored again. I wish to God Id never heard of this company and intend to re-open my complaint with BBB and follow up not only with Amana Appliances but my attorney on this sham of a company.

I needed to replace my HVAC unit and I had seen Omega Heating and Air in a local monthly circular magazine. I called and Jason Erwin came out and gave me quote. He was very professional and provided several options. We got other bids and checked customer reviews. Omega gave us the best price and the best system! Installation was done two days after I called Jason back. Thanks Omega!

We have used Omega Heating Conyers before for installations services. They were prompt and very professional from the salesman to to the installation team. Experienced minor technical difficulties after installation, but techincians were expidited very quickly to remedy problems. Very pleased with service.

I have enjoyed my new air and heating unit. I recommend Jason and the company to everyone. Jason is really anice sales person and works with you to get want if you and your budget.

I was using this company for 4+ years for tune-ups on my house and a rental property. Had an ac unit and furnace replaced in two different houses and even had a 2story townhome zoned in order to control a single unit between split levels. Both properties had tuneup prepaid contracts. This is where things started to go downhill. Instead of the company calling to schedule the biannual tuneup now that I was a PREPAYING customer, they, without telling you, expected you to call up when it had been six months. I prepaid so I wouldnt have to keep up with that. They refused to refund me after the year had gone by with no servicing from them. Heres the worst part: when they installed my second propertys furnace, they sent out guys that had never serviced the property before. The men stated that they were a little worried the furnace wouldnt fit in the attic bc it was so big. Fast forward a little over a year when trying to sell my home, the inspector informs me that some truss webbing in my attic had been removed and was causing structural damage (a crack in the ceiling appeared almost a year prior). These incompetent guys cut a very important part of the frame to my roof!!! I would NEVER recommend this company that doesnt take responsibility for their actions, or have any respect their loyal customers.

1 star is generous. We are still without AC...its been 3 weeks since we began this process. Omega Heating and Air Conditioning has been unresponsive and unprofessional. We were told we needed a new compressor which actually didnt work out...then the technician said they had to replace the unit all together. Its been a week and the new unit still hasnt been ordered because someone didnt do the paperwork. NOW one of the managers/supervisors ...Joseph is coming to the house (supposedly today) to see if they really need to replace the whole unit. My family will probably go another week or two with out AC due to their poor service. Dont waste your time or energy if you have options. The only reason weve continued working with them is because our home warranty company selected them. I would have fired them from the jump if I had it my way.

I couldn’t ask for a better service. I called and they got Keith Ross out the same day. He went above and beyond to get our line unclogged and didn’t leave until he was certain everything was good to go. I just want to thank Keith and everyone at Omega for all their hard work and help.

A friend recommend me to this company- so I contacted Joseph who came by and look at the old unit- he provide me with all the options and at no point did he try to over sell me . The price what just within my budget and installation was arranged with my schedule and the process was done on time . We hired Omega to install an unit at a renovation project. After the unit was done, the potential buyer had the home inspected. We sent Joseph over the inspection and finally after several weeks of calling he sent someone out to fixed the issues. However he send an inexperience technician who called me to tell that that the filter needed to be changed as well as he did not understand what needed to be done on the inspection report. I explained to him that I send over the report and pictures of the problems. After the technician left the property, he left the switch off and it caused the unit to flooded. The walls were damage due to no insulation. The company skipped steps and did not properly install the unit. They did not tie switch directly. We are trying to close and would like for Joseph to fix the problems. However, Joseph will not pick up the phone just send a textIll call you right back . He was not busy when he took the money for the job. It has been a night mare to deal with these issues. We just want this unit fixed properly, insulation install and walls repair and painted back. It is unfair that we have to pay someone to fix the work that should have been done correctly.
